　　我叫wlb，應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)的，所以口才不如營(yíng)銷專業(yè)同學(xué)的好，說(shuō)的不好的地方請(qǐng)大家多多包含。下面我想先對(duì)我為什么要應(yīng)聘天地公司，第一它待遇明確，所以我有一種信任的感覺(jué)，而且待遇不錯(cuò)，可以找到一種歸宿感，第二，它施行十輪淘汰制，很具有挑戰(zhàn)性和刺激性。第三，它有培訓(xùn)機(jī)制。因?yàn)槲覀兪浅醭龃髮W(xué)的學(xué)生，書(shū)本上的知識(shí)和現(xiàn)實(shí) 又是那么的遠(yuǎn)，有再?gòu)?qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，再好的思維也英雄無(wú)用武之地，第四，它的公司文化，“快樂(lè)工作，快樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)，快樂(lè) 生活”以及“創(chuàng)新 質(zhì)量”等。因?yàn)槿瞬皇菣C(jī)器，工作和生活同樣重要。而且人不能一層不變的生活，所以要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。這些都是我選擇天地公司原因。

　　接著我想做個(gè)面試自我介紹。我個(gè)性隨和，平易近人。而且向來(lái)堅(jiān)持“多動(dòng)腦，少?gòu)U事”的個(gè)人處事原則。所以大學(xué)期間我研究過(guò)如何思考，如何學(xué)習(xí)，如何創(chuàng)新，如何思維，如何記憶等。所以大學(xué)期間，我不僅是為了學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)而學(xué)習(xí)，更是為了學(xué)習(xí)而學(xué)習(xí)。所以我的學(xué)習(xí)能力比較強(qiáng)，學(xué)習(xí)效率高(沒(méi)想到面試官說(shuō)2min到，很尷尬，但現(xiàn)在我想把我打在肚子里的東西寫(xiě)完)。我學(xué)的是應(yīng)用化學(xué)，但是我并不怎么喜歡它。但既然選了就要學(xué)好，所以我只要求學(xué)好學(xué)懂，但并不要一定學(xué)到很優(yōu)秀。按我的個(gè)個(gè)處事原則，所以我選擇在學(xué)習(xí)能力提高方面下功夫，所以研究了上面所說(shuō)方面的書(shū)籍。而且本人最大的特點(diǎn)就是創(chuàng)新能力比較強(qiáng)，我想給大家說(shuō)幾個(gè)小事“第一，我們宿舍臺(tái)燈電路板壞了，其他人都說(shuō)廢了，而我用一個(gè)打火機(jī)熔化一條報(bào)廢的圓珠筆恐芯就搞定。第二，我參加過(guò)一次記憶培訓(xùn)，當(dāng)時(shí)老師教我們用一個(gè)圖像當(dāng)一個(gè)密碼代替兩個(gè)數(shù)字，而后再結(jié)合一些特定的地點(diǎn)就可以記住無(wú)規(guī)律的一串?dāng)?shù)字。當(dāng)時(shí)的一個(gè)圖像只可以記住兩個(gè)數(shù)字，而我經(jīng)過(guò)總結(jié)，就可以一個(gè)密碼記住四個(gè)數(shù)字，效率提高了一倍。第三，同樣在記憶培訓(xùn)中，當(dāng)老師告訴我們用圖像代替數(shù)字，再叫我們找一組地點(diǎn)時(shí)，我就意識(shí)到一定是叫我們把故事同地點(diǎn)聯(lián)系起來(lái)達(dá)到記住的目的。果然。以上是我作為一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)生的求職自我介紹，謝謝大家。
