自199x年8月我被公司授予技術員職稱至現今,已有四年的時間。在這四年中,我一直在運行部工作,憑借自己的努力和領導的提攜,從一名主值班員晉升到了值班長,進而又被提拔到了部門助理一職。在這期間,我對我們公司首站的各系統有了更深入的了解和認知,對一些系統發生的各類事故有了一定的獨立分析和處理能力,做好了一個技術員應盡的職責。
我在學校學的專業是熱工及自動化控制專業,但從事我們的首站運行工作卻最需要的是熱機、電氣等方面的知識。這對我來說就是一個新的挑戰,還需要不斷的學習提高,使自己的專業技能能全面發展。所以,我就找來一些有關這些方面的專業書籍,針對我們的系統進行針對性的學習,同時還請教一些老師傅和專業人員,請他們現身說教。經過自己的努力和同事的幫助,總算功夫不負有心人,我的專業知識和專業技能都有了很大的提高。
但我對我們系統有關熱工方面的知識還是特別關注,并深入去了解和掌握它。同時在自己學好之余,還承擔向其他運行人員說教的職責。我們公司的熱水網工程是采用計算機監控系統實現熱水網生產運行的數據的全面監控的。它的主要組件包括控制器、輸入輸出模件和監控站。我公司首站共有18套美國霍尼韋爾公司的scan3000/s9000集散型控制系統(distributed control system,簡稱dcs),它具有熱水網運行回路控制,數據采集,數據通信,集中化的信息管理和操作顯示功能。它配有2臺s9000控制器,另配置12臺單回路控制器(honewell udc3300),作為控制回路的冗余控制器和緊急手操器。udc作為備用手操器可以在dcs發生故障時,對調節回路進行控制。具有易操作、可編程、穩定性高的特點。dcs系統與udc之間能實現無擾動切換,確保系統運行的穩定性。s9000控制器通過dvc通訊口的dmc通訊回路與單回路控制器實現通訊;通過mgtsta通訊口與系統監控站的通訊卡相連接。有了這些控制系統,平時各種參數的調節以及人員的勞動就有了事半功倍的效果。這些控制系統是由測量元件(溫度變送器、壓力變送器、差壓變送器)、控制元件(s9000、udc),執行機構(調節閥等)構成。控制流程是這樣的,現場一次表計采集數據,由變送器發出4—20ma信號給s9000(也就是常說的dcs),1—5v信號給udc。然后由s9000或udc發出4—20ma信號(udc用串接250ω電阻,將1—5v信號轉為4—20ma信號)給執行機構進行調節。在這過程中,儀表的電源由兩臺西門子24v直流電源提供(此兩臺電源互為備用),電源送至配電器,然后由配電器給一次儀表供電(中間加配電器是為了在儀表維修時,不至于發生短路,而損壞直流電源)。dcs或udc接收到信號即在crt或udc自帶屏上顯示。控制時dcs或udc發出信號給阻抗轉換器、配電器,經隔離模塊或隔離繼電器傳給執行機構進行控制。隔離模塊是通模擬量信號的,即連續控制信號4—20ma,如閥門的開度、液位控制等;而隔離繼電器是將開關量信號反饋至dcs的,如溫度開關、壓力開關及泵的啟、停狀態等(加隔離模塊、隔離繼電器是為了隔離強電信號,以免把s9000中的回路控制卡燒壞)。
在倒班運行期間,作為一名值班長,我承擔著整個熱水網安全經濟運行的重責,上班期間精神高度集中,帶領班組成員一起精心調節參數,認真分析各項數據,總結規律,及時查找和發現設備的缺陷和隱患,防止擴大事故。不僅確保了熱水網的安全運行,而且還做到了經濟運行。在一些參數及設備異常時,能做到及時分析、查找原因并匯報,具備了一定的獨立分析能力。平時上班期間,經常認真學習各種專業知識和運行規程,并且能經常在頭腦中做好各種事故預想。在首站發生各類事故時,能準確、果斷的進行處理和調度,迅速恢復系統的正常運行。在運行部辦公室工作期間,我不但承擔著運行部的日常管理、后勤工作,而且還承擔著輔助運行人員作好各項安全經濟運行工作。和部門領導一起作好各項數據的經濟分析和負荷預測,參與各項事故的分析處理、系統的技術改造等工作。如:首站crt顯示大網回水壓力值白天流量大時經常升高,需經常放水,經過幾天的觀察統計,都有此現象,自查首站無問題,分析可能是有用戶站存在漏點,白天啟動時壓力大于我們管網的壓力而向我們管網漏水。遇到以上類型的問題,我們統計分析好后就聯系相關部門去解決,為其他部門更好的處理問題提供了第一手的資料。

時間如流水,轉眼間我已在____項目工作一年多。對于工民建經驗不是很足的我來說,這短暫的歷程耐人尋味。經過前輩精心教導,與同事間無話不說的溝通,我很快融入這個氣氛很好的工作環境。同時對項目部的組織結構,工作流程等各個方面都基本了解。作為項目部的技術員,應當做好以下工作:施工圖紙拿到手,要在第一時間結合各專業仔細審核圖紙從而提出并匯總圖紙問題,以便盡快聯系設計院﹑業主﹑監理共同參加圖紙會審;看懂并領會圖紙的基礎上需要認真﹑細心﹑嚴謹的態度去做好各分部分項工程材料的算量工作(比如一棟樓的鋼筋﹑混凝土﹑模板等各種所需材料量),建材算量工作目的是為項目施工作年度﹑季度及月材料采購作計劃,從而能夠為項目施工過程中進行有效材料控制;凡事預則立,不預則廢,任何關鍵部位施工之前,技術員應當提前預先做好各種施工方案及技術交底資料并對各工長及班組進行技術交底,同時在施工控制過程中進行監督技術交底落實情景;工作中實踐是與理論相結合的,在項目的整個施工過程中必須每一天去工地現場了解和檢查情景,從而對現場各方面技術,安全等進行專業性的技術指導,其次依據現場的情景周密研究下一道工序需要注意的一些技術問題并提前給施工班組打預防針。
雖然是短暫的一年,但還是讓我覺得很充實和有收獲的。由此我想談談在那里工作的幾點體會。
首先,工作態度決定一切,剛來到項目部時,由于初次從事技術工作,對自我的工作資料很不明確,有種霧里看花的感覺,從而導致工作事情沒有很好的計劃。剛開始,我甚至對這份工作迷茫。之后經過自我不斷的調整心態,雖然沒有人說,但我自然而然的就明白了作為技術員該做一些事情,一些不懂的東西也迎刃而解了,頓時讓我豁然開朗。如今一旦工作,我會以充分的熱情來干好每一件事情。心態的調整使我明白技術員有發展才能、增長知識及管理的機會。如果我們能以充分的熱情去做最平凡的工作,也能成為最精巧的職工;如果以冷淡的態度去做最高尚的工作,也可是是個平庸的工匠。擁有進取的心態,就會擁有一生的成功。
其次,工作中不斷評價及學習,實踐是檢驗理論的標準,重要的是將理論知識運用到工作中,并進一步提高、升華。初次從事技術的我當務之急就是拼命的學習,查閱及熟悉各種建筑圖集、國家規范及規程,為的是能盡快熟悉并獨當一面的進行工作,在以后的工作中需要進一步摸索和思考,活學活用,來解決實際的問題。
最終,溝通是工作的橋梁,溝通在工作中占據著極為重要的位置,沒有溝通,就沒有成果。異常是建筑管理者需要與各類人員(領導,同事,較難溝通的施工班組的工人等)溝通,正因我們的溝通對象有些是民工,我們就更需要溝通技巧。同樣一件事和同樣的溝通目的,不一樣的溝通方法就能產生不一樣的效果。所以我覺得在工作中要不斷揣摩和評價溝通技巧,進一步讓現場施工班組能夠更好的協調和配合項目的各項工作。
