　　大學是我從小就向往的美麗象牙塔，進入大學前就下定決心說大學四年不能浪費，我得利用這個機會好好鍛煉自己，并且盡力去完成在入學以前為自己做好的計劃。因此，進入學校以來我以高昂的熱情加入了班委這個團隊以及學生會的辦公室部門并加入了自己喜愛的育林藝術團的禮儀隊以及圖書館，我是一個比較安靜的學生，愛好文學，從小就特別喜歡讀書，喜歡一個人安靜地徜徉在書的海洋里，我懂得的是，世界上只有一樣東西別人搶不走，那便是你所知道的知識，你的才識。這一年，作為一名圖情員，我對自己的工作認真負責，作為一名圖書館助理，我積極致力于圖書館建設，而我個人，一有空閑時間就到圖書館借閱書籍，沒事就寫寫文章投稿《團山書韻》、《縉云風》，積極參加各類征文活動，這一年下來，文章被采用4篇并且很榮幸地被評為了“優秀圖情員”、“優秀讀者”，還參加競選成為了下一屆的圖書館助理部的副部長。

　　學校也是在大力打造我們全科專業，所學課程我很滿意，特別是鋼琴、書法、舞蹈、繪畫這些，以前看著別人那么會彈、會寫、會跳、會畫，便心生羨慕，現在自己親身接觸這些，心里的那種激動已然無法用言語道明。這一年，我不敢說自己學到了多少，但是我可以肯定的說我都在盡力在學，我覺得我進步了，我成長了，因為我懂得青春的真諦，因為我的大多數時間都是在忙碌中度過的，我也喜歡這樣忙碌的生活，忙碌讓我覺得很充實，充實的我覺得很快樂，青春的美麗在于不斷的拼搏，不斷的進取，珍惜現在，青春還在，所以夢想一直在路上。我始終以提高自身的綜合素質為目標,以自我的全面發展為努力方向，我只想做一個有質量的大學生。我愛我的大學生活，只愿在未來的大學生活中，我會學到更多，成長更多，能看到一個全新的自我。

　　一年來，在會黨組的正確領導下，在機關全體同志的幫助、支持下，我以“服從領導、團結同志、認真學習、扎實工作”為準則，始終堅持高標準、嚴要求，認真完成了領導安排的各項工作任務，自身的政治素養、業務水平和綜合能力等都有了很大提高。現將一年來的思想和工作情況以及今后的努力方向匯報如下：

　　一、加強學習，努力提高自身素質

　　我堅持把加強學習作為提高自身素質的關鍵措施。在先進性教育活動中，緊緊把握學習貫徹“三個代表”重要思想這一主線，以《保持共產黨員先進性教育讀本》為主要教材，積極參加機關黨委和黨支部組織的集體學習活動，認真學習規定的學習內容和篇目，并認真撰寫心得體會和學習筆記，使自身思想政治素質有了很大提高，為自己開展各項工作提供了強大的思想武器。在加強理論學習的同時，重點加強了工作業務知識和法律法規的學習，除積極參加機關法律知識輔導講座外，還利用業余時間自學了人大工作業務知識和黨務工作知識，為完成做好本職工作打下了堅實的基礎。

　　二、恪盡職守，認真作好本職工作

　　一年來，認真履行的崗位職責，較好地完成了各項工作任務。一是認真負責地做好文字起草工作。圍繞黨員先進性教育活動、城市“一幫一”、萬名貧困婦女解困、機關“四五”普法檢查驗收、共青團、計劃生育等項工作，負責起草了實施方案、工作流程、領導講話、工作要點、工作總結等綜合性文字材料。在先進性教育活動中，參與起草黨組實施方案1個，機關各階段工作安排意見和實施方案4個、工作流程3個、工作總結5個，其它相關材料10余個。二是扎扎實實地做好服務工作。一年來，認真完成了先進性教育活動各階段動員總結會議、機關黨委會議和機關黨委組織的各種集中學習活動及文體活動的服務協調工作，積極主動地為領導當參謀，出主意，工作過程中未出現一起紕漏。三是積極主動地完成了文件收發、制做宣傳專欄、文明單位檔案采集等黨委辦公室日常工作和領導交辦的其它工作任務。

　　三、嚴于律已，不斷加強作風建設

　　一年來我對自身嚴格要求，始終把耐得平淡、舍得付出、默默無聞作為自己的準則，始終把作風建設的重點放在嚴謹、細致、扎實、求實、腳踏實地埋頭苦干上。在工作中，以制度、紀律規范自己的一切言行，嚴格遵守機關各項規章制度，尊重領導，團結同志，謙虛謹慎，主動接受來自各方面的意見，不斷改進工作;堅持做到不利于機關形象的事不做，不利于機關形象的話不說，積極維護人大機關的良好形象。

　　總之，一年來，我做了一定的工作，也取得了一些成績，但距領導和同志們的要求還有不少的差距：主要是對政治理論和法律的學習抓得還不夠緊，學習的系統性和深度還不夠;工作創新意識不強，創造性開展不夠。在今后的工作中，我將發揚成績，克服不足，以對工作、對事業高度負責的精神，腳踏實地，盡職盡責地做好各項工作，不辜負領導和同志們對我的期望。

　　一是進一步強化學習意識，在提高素質能力上下功夫。把學習作為武裝和提高自己的首要任務，牢固樹立與時俱進的學習理念，養成勤于學習、勤于思考的良好習慣。把參加集體組織的學習與個人自學結合起來，一方面積極參加集中組織的學習活動，另一方面根形勢發展和工作需要，本著缺什么補什么的原則，搞好個人自學，不斷吸納新知識、掌握新技能、增強新本領。

　　二是進一步強化職責意識，在爭創一流業績上下功夫。進一步樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀，增強事業心和責任感，認真做好職責范圍內和領導交辦的工作任務，埋頭苦干,奮發進取,追求卓越，充分發揮共產黨員的先鋒模范作用，努力創造一流的工作業績。

　　三是進一步強化服務意識，在轉變工作作風上下功夫。牢固樹立宗旨意識，努力做到由只注意做好當前工作向善于從實際出發搞好超前服務轉變;由被動完成領導交辦的任務向主動服務、創造性開展工作轉變;由只注意搞好對內服務向把對上服務和對下服務、對內服務和對外服務統一起來轉變，努力為黨委、為各黨支部、為機關全體黨員提供優質高效的服務。
