　　一、存在問(wèn)題

　　4、開拓創(chuàng)新精神欠佳。在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，備課不下功夫，簡(jiǎn)單地把備教案等同于抄教案，教案只用于應(yīng)付學(xué)校檢查，上課時(shí)照本宣科，只向?qū)W生傳授陳舊僵化的死知識(shí)，甚至忽視了學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識(shí)的滲透，創(chuàng)新本事的培養(yǎng)，嚴(yán)重違背了素質(zhì)教育的要求。

　　二、原因分析
