　　本學(xué)期以來，本人認(rèn)真研究學(xué)生，關(guān)注學(xué)生，研究課標(biāo)，梳理知識結(jié)構(gòu)，有計(jì)劃地落實(shí)復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃，順利地完成了教育教學(xué)任務(wù)。現(xiàn)將本學(xué)期教學(xué)工作評價(jià)如下：

　　一、進(jìn)行了英語學(xué)情分析。

　　本學(xué)期本人繼續(xù)擔(dān)任高三年級普通班高三(3)班的英語課，本班學(xué)生自高一以來學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)就很差，在基礎(chǔ)知識上，本人進(jìn)行‘亡羊補(bǔ)牢’但為時已晚矣，在一、二年級時期末考試有個把及格的，也都選入A班，所以一向以來，本人所帶的班中期末考試很難見到有學(xué)生上90分，大多學(xué)生的考分都是在20分以上至60分以下，少部分學(xué)生在85分段以下至60分。幾乎所有學(xué)生都感到英語異常難學(xué)，主要原因是他們幾乎記不了最簡單的單詞，語法也沒基礎(chǔ)，所以對英語學(xué)習(xí)異常頭疼。教師講課聽不懂，所以厭學(xué)情緒嚴(yán)重，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度上也不正，上課睡覺、搞小動作、玩手機(jī)游戲等現(xiàn)象不時出現(xiàn)，英語成績難以提高。所以開學(xué)之初本人既對本班學(xué)情進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真細(xì)致的分析。在本學(xué)期日常教學(xué)中認(rèn)真落實(shí)因材施教和因人施教的的措施。本學(xué)期各方面情景得以改觀。

　　二、把教學(xué)計(jì)劃落到實(shí)處。

　　本年度教學(xué)工作重心即在進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)知識的復(fù)習(xí)上鞏固和加深對基礎(chǔ)知識的理解和掌握，提升期解決問題的本事，所以教學(xué)工作安排上把重心放在了對課本知識的復(fù)習(xí)上。三輪復(fù)習(xí)中，首輪復(fù)習(xí)資料是初三英語課本，高一年級課本22個單元，高二年級課本20個單元。對這些資料的復(fù)習(xí)主要是：高考常用單詞、短語，主要句型，基礎(chǔ)語法等。平時復(fù)習(xí)中把高中英語復(fù)習(xí)語法項(xiàng)目中的13個專題適當(dāng)融合進(jìn)去。經(jīng)過練習(xí)和講解，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對語法的理解和對英語用法的復(fù)習(xí)鞏固。

　　三、很多練習(xí)促進(jìn)學(xué)生對基礎(chǔ)知識的鞏固和本事的提高。

　　課本復(fù)習(xí)是學(xué)生本事提高的關(guān)鍵。從開學(xué)之初即對課本知識點(diǎn)認(rèn)真歸納和評價(jià)，經(jīng)過練習(xí)的形式進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)反饋。金版新學(xué)案《高三總復(fù)習(xí)》的運(yùn)用是今年教學(xué)工作的一大幸事。人教修訂版高考復(fù)習(xí)版金版新學(xué)案《高三總復(fù)習(xí)》成了學(xué)生的良師，也成了我英語教學(xué)中的益友。無論是單元復(fù)習(xí)還是高中英語知識點(diǎn)專題訓(xùn)練都是題目中的精品。我立足于新學(xué)案《高三總復(fù)習(xí)》，認(rèn)真把握好教學(xué)工作中的練習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)。

　　四、聽力訓(xùn)練是作好提高成績保障。

　　首先，我把從網(wǎng)上整理的高中課本和單詞mp3拷貝到學(xué)生的mp3或mp4里面，引導(dǎo)他們把娛樂工具當(dāng)作學(xué)習(xí)的有力幫手。其次是用好學(xué)校統(tǒng)一訂來的整套《維克多英語整套聽力訓(xùn)練》本人要求學(xué)生充分利用在課上或課下時間進(jìn)行聽力訓(xùn)練。再加上本人利用教室里的多媒體播放一些趣味的用簡單英語對話的外國英文版動畫故事給學(xué)生看，大大提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，英語聽力也有必須的提高。

　　五、擴(kuò)大閱讀，培養(yǎng)英語本事。

　　課外閱讀必不可少，這學(xué)期高三金版新學(xué)案《高三總復(fù)習(xí)》為班級三分之二的學(xué)生擴(kuò)大了眼界。金版新學(xué)案《高三總復(fù)習(xí)》里面的訓(xùn)練閱讀理解題兼顧新聞、娛樂、科技、學(xué)校、地道美文等多方面資料。個別成績比較好的學(xué)生把這些精彩的文章當(dāng)作范文來朗讀背誦。這不僅僅提高了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，也豐富和開拓了學(xué)生的視野。

　　六、注重學(xué)生英語作文的訓(xùn)練，推薦學(xué)生優(yōu)秀作品。

　　本學(xué)期對學(xué)生的英語作文盡量進(jìn)行面批，每次月考后，不但給出參考范文，同時也選出學(xué)生中的優(yōu)秀作文進(jìn)行賞識和點(diǎn)評(教師評或?qū)W生互評)，這種做法在必須程度上鼓舞了學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)取性。

　　七、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，努力提升自身的素質(zhì)

　　進(jìn)取聽課、評課，虛心向同行學(xué)習(xí)。與教研組的教師討論教育教學(xué)方法，博采眾長，提高教學(xué)水平。瀏覽相關(guān)網(wǎng)站，搜集相關(guān)資料，不斷擴(kuò)寬知識面，為教學(xué)資料注入新鮮血液。

　　以上只是對自我過去一個學(xué)期的教育教學(xué)工作的回顧，既有成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)也有值得思考的教訓(xùn)。

　　新的一年即將開始，我會更加努力地完善自我，進(jìn)取地和高三備課組的同事們高效地完成教學(xué)任務(wù)。為20__屆高考的學(xué)生創(chuàng)造更新的至高點(diǎn)而努力!
