作為一名新員工,我們的短處是業(yè)務(wù)技能上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,但我會(huì)在工作態(tài)度和勤奮敬業(yè)方面發(fā)揮自己的長(zhǎng)處。熱愛(ài)自己的本職工作,正確,認(rèn)真的去對(duì)待每一項(xiàng)工作任務(wù),在工作中能夠采取積極主動(dòng),能夠積極參加單位組織的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。我印象最深刻的是我支行第四季度以來(lái)開(kāi)展的代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),我一名新人,敢于一馬當(dāng)先,積極營(yíng)銷(xiāo),在個(gè)人取得不錯(cuò)的成績(jī)的同時(shí),也帶動(dòng)了涌口支行其他員工的士氣,最終涌口支行在第四季度和第一季度中,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)取的不錯(cuò)的成績(jī)。同時(shí)我自己在營(yíng)銷(xiāo)過(guò)程中學(xué)習(xí)了許多的知識(shí),也鍛煉了自己。因此,經(jīng)過(guò)近一年的不懈努力,我的工作水平有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,我相信我能為厚街支行做出更多的貢獻(xiàn)。

一、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),提升自身素質(zhì)
一年來(lái),我能夠認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)銀行方面的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),不斷提高自我的理論素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)本事。在學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,我逐漸評(píng)價(jià)出了貼合自身特點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)方法,即比較學(xué)習(xí)。跟其他同事比,我個(gè)人欠缺的就是我需要學(xué)習(xí)的;跟其他支行比,我們薄弱的就是我需要加強(qiáng)的;跟其他銀行比,與我們不一樣的就是我需要探索的。
二、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新,尋找新的市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)

銀行是我學(xué)生時(shí)代就夢(mèng)寐以求的工作場(chǎng)所。畢業(yè)之后,我十分幸運(yùn)的得到了這份夢(mèng)想的工作。可是要成為一名合格的銀行工作人員也并不是一件十分容易的事情,必然需要不斷地學(xué)習(xí)、持續(xù)的磨練。工作一年多后仍然不是銀行正式員工的事實(shí)讓家人有些擔(dān)憂,他們甚至為我找了他們認(rèn)為更好的出路。是堅(jiān)持自我的夢(mèng)想,還是體諒家人的感受,說(shuō)實(shí)話我徘徊過(guò)、矛盾過(guò)。可是理性的思考之后,我毅然決定留在支行,繼續(xù)努力,用我的成績(jī)實(shí)踐自我當(dāng)初的暢想,也打消家人的顧慮。
新的一年里,我為自我制定了新的目標(biāo),為了讓自我盡快成長(zhǎng)為一名合格的銀行員工,我將著重從以下幾個(gè)方面鍛煉自我、提升自我。
一、業(yè)務(wù)方面。不斷更新自我的銀行業(yè)知識(shí)庫(kù),既要熟悉傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù),又要及時(shí)掌握新興業(yè)務(wù);既要有較高的理論水平,也要有熟練操作具體業(yè)務(wù)的本事;既要學(xué)習(xí)自我職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),也要主動(dòng)了解銀行的貸款、存款、結(jié)算等其他領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
