一、領導重視、正確決策
1、社區黨工委定期召開會議,研究統計工作,每季度定期召開計劃統計工作專題研究會,聽取統計工作匯報,在人、財、物上大力投入。堅持黨政一把手親自抓,分管領導各部門齊抓共管。梅塘社區在年初工作意見中明確了統計工作職責,并將履行統計職責分工情景納入年度重點目標職責管理中,進一步完善和落實了履行統計職責分工職責制,強化了統計工作的綜合治理機制。
