　　我喜歡幼兒園的工作，我現(xiàn)在是在冰心幼兒園當一名普通的教師，可是我很開心，每天都過得很充實。現(xiàn)在的我在冰心幼兒園工作已經(jīng)工作快兩年了。在這兩年當中我學會了很多。回望過去，有開心也有難過。

　　在剛剛進入幼兒園的時候，那時候的工作很輕松，所以沒有充實的感覺了。后來，幼兒園來了一位年輕的園長。在她的帶領下現(xiàn)在我們整個幼兒園都變的與眾不同，不管是教學、生活、安全工作、各個方面都很好。“每當被別人問我你在哪里工作啊？我都很自信很光榮的說我在冰心幼兒園工作。

　　本人在思想上積極要求上進，性格開朗善于交際，能吃苦，有很好的親和力，有耐性、愛心、細心；有較強的實踐能力，集體觀念強，具有良好的團隊協(xié)作精神和創(chuàng)新意識。我喜歡舞蹈、喜歡鉆研畫畫、喜歡音樂，喜歡充實的感覺，因為覺得這樣的每一天都會很有意義。在學校的工作中，我努力做好自己的工作，配合保育老師認真做好保教工作，和同事之間配合默契。認真積極的配合年級組的各項工作。我現(xiàn)在帶的是中班，從小班到中班孩子們成長的一點一滴我都看在眼里，有時候也會偷偷的開心，因為孩子們都長大了。有時候說的話也會讓我哭笑不得。前兩天我們班的“馬寶”午睡起來后，興高采烈的問我：“何老師，你喜不喜歡“鐘”啊？”我說：“我啊！我喜歡可愛的鐘”。馬寶說：“那我就那一塊大石頭，放在你身上。”我很疑惑不解的問：“為什么啊？”這時候馬寶笑瞇瞇的說：“何老師，你不說你喜歡“重”的嗎？”這時的我才恍然大悟，不禁的笑了起來。我真想永遠和他們在一起。

　　我非常熱愛幼教事業(yè)，熱愛本職工作，熱愛每一位幼兒，尊重每一個孩子，用愛心、耐心讓幼兒喜歡我，愿意和我交朋友。兩年的幼教工作，使我自身的素質(zhì)和政治覺悟都提高了。在今后的工作中，我會積極學習各種教育理論閱讀有關書籍，以充實自己，以便在工中以堅實的理論作為指導，更好地進行教育教學。

　　我也需要經(jīng)常反思和總結(jié)：教育是一門博大精深的學問，而且學無定法，面對如雪花分飛般的教材以及網(wǎng)絡帶給我們豐富的信息經(jīng)驗，我們必須把握一點：讓孩子們真正做到快樂中學習，在快樂中得到發(fā)展。做教師的難，做幼兒教師更難，但是我覺得在辛苦中，能感受到別人感受不到的樂趣——那就是童年的樂趣。

　　時光飛逝，一學期很快即將過去，回望這半年可以說緊張忙碌而收獲多多。感謝學校各領導及老師的關心和幫助,使我在各方面都有進步和提高。接下來，我從以下幾個方面對過去半年的工作做一簡要評價和總結(jié)。

　　一.工作能力方面

　　1.在教學過程中始終貫徹新課程改革的教育理念。準確的理解和牢牢的把握新課程的核心理念，讓課堂走向生活，面向?qū)W生的生活世界和社會實踐。以自主，合作，探究的學習方式，讓學生參與教學，讓課堂充滿新活力。

　　2.嚴格要求學生，尊重學生，發(fā)揚教學民主，使學生學有所得，不斷提高，從而不斷提高自己的教學水平和思想覺悟，順利地完成了教育教學任務。

　　3.把教學過程視為師生合作，共同發(fā)展的互動過程，實現(xiàn)了教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)換、課程與教學的整合，有效的提高了教學能力。

　　二.業(yè)務學習方面

　　5.認真做好教學反思，做到了學習——實踐———交流———總結(jié)。并認真的做好反思記錄，記錄自己的不足之處和待提高的部分，及時的改正，使我在教學過程中能做到揚長避短，爭取一次比一次有進步，以夯實基礎。
