我是一名非學前專業的學生,我的專業是園林設計,在大二暑假那一年,在我母親的影響下,我很不情愿的在渝北一所幼兒園當起了實習教師,因為我覺得幼師是很簡單,是任何人都能勝任的一項職業。但是在這幾年的摸索和學習中,我明白了,要當好一名幼兒教師不是一件容易的事。幼兒教師,不僅需要保育教育專業知識,衛生保健知識,職業道德,能歌善舞,彈唱繪畫,觀察力,溝通力等等各方面的知識,更需要是的要有一顆愛心,責任心,耐心的平等的對待每一名孩子。
