　　一進(jìn)入公司的三個(gè)月期間，在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的熱心指導(dǎo)協(xié)助下，使我在規(guī)定試用期時(shí)間內(nèi)適應(yīng)了公司的工作環(huán)境，也熟悉了公司的工作操作流程，現(xiàn)在完全可以完成各項(xiàng)工作啦！這段時(shí)間是我人生中彌足珍貴的經(jīng)歷，也給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。

　　雖然只有短短的三個(gè)月，但學(xué)到了很多，感悟了很多，以及對(duì)自身一些不足的地方得到了改進(jìn)與提升，增進(jìn)了對(duì)公司文化的更深了解，看到公司的發(fā)展，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，也更加迫切的希望以一名正式員工的身份在這里工作。

　　因?yàn)橹�前我從事的是客戶服�?wù)工作，現(xiàn)在從事行政工作有很多做得并不完善，在此，我要特地感謝公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事對(duì)我的入職指引和幫助，感謝他們對(duì)我工作中出現(xiàn)的失誤的提醒和指正。

　　在今后的工作中，我將揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，發(fā)奮工作，克難攻堅(jiān)，力求把工作做得更好，不斷提高充實(shí)自己，希望能盡早獨(dú)當(dāng)一面，為公司做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)不辜負(fù)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我的期望與栽培。實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的奮斗目標(biāo)，體現(xiàn)自己的'人生價(jià)值，我會(huì)用謙虛的態(tài)度和飽滿的熱情做好我的本職工作，為公司創(chuàng)造價(jià)值，同公司一起展望美好的未來(lái)！

　　這段時(shí)間里，我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了我的不足之處，比如在思路上還是不夠開闊，有時(shí)候過(guò)于追求任務(wù)，而忽略了其他幾個(gè)方面，我相信在以后的工作中我會(huì)努力，活躍思路，把今后的工作完成的更加完美。

　　我相信，在公司的每一天，我都在進(jìn)步，并且每天都將是我充滿激情與奮斗的一天。
