xx年即將過去，回顧這一年來的工作，我在公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及各位同事的支持及幫助下，順利完成了公司每次分派的帶團(tuán)任務(wù)。盡自己最大的努力做好每一個(gè)景點(diǎn)的講解工作，爭(zhēng)取能達(dá)到游客百分之百的滿意，為三元國(guó)際旅行社的聲譽(yù);以及未來的發(fā)展，貢獻(xiàn)著自己的力量。通過這一年的工作以及學(xué)習(xí)，我個(gè)人的工作模式又有了新的突破，工作方式也有了較大的改變，現(xiàn)將一年以來的工作情況總結(jié)如下：
1.在帶領(lǐng)旅游團(tuán)游覽景點(diǎn)過程中，不再只是單一的講解景點(diǎn)歷史，而是結(jié)合天津近幾年的發(fā)展概況，及未來發(fā)展計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)講解給游客，進(jìn)而展現(xiàn)一個(gè)近代與現(xiàn)代相結(jié)合，高速發(fā)展中的天津市。
2.加深與游客的交流，在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)融入到游客當(dāng)中。并像陪伴家人一樣對(duì)待全團(tuán)每一位游客，盡量滿足游客所提出的要求，虛心聽取游客的建議，以最好的服務(wù)讓每一位游客開心而來滿意而歸
。3.在旅行社規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，為我社及個(gè)人爭(zhēng)取最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
4.在工作過程中，不斷的像我社同事及其他旅行社導(dǎo)游學(xué)習(xí)，借鑒先進(jìn)的帶團(tuán)模式，充實(shí)自己文化修養(yǎng)，進(jìn)而提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)能力。
5.在接到社里分派接團(tuán)通知的情況下，提前做好行程計(jì)劃，與全陪或領(lǐng)隊(duì)及時(shí)溝通，以便在第一時(shí)間掌握本次團(tuán)隊(duì)的第一手資料，從而更好的安排時(shí)間與行程，以避免因溝通不及時(shí)導(dǎo)致的時(shí)意外狀況的發(fā)生，而導(dǎo)致游客的不滿。以上幾點(diǎn)是我個(gè)人在這一年工作中學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié)出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)經(jīng)過這一年的工作也鍛煉了我自己的協(xié)調(diào)辦事能力和文字言語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力等方面，保證了每次接待旅行團(tuán)的工作都能正常順利的進(jìn)行，以精神飽滿的狀態(tài)對(duì)待每一天的工作任務(wù)，熱愛本職工作，積極提高自身各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，爭(zhēng)取工作的主動(dòng)性，具備較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)性;責(zé)任心，努力提高工作效率及工作質(zhì)量。在這一年的工作中我個(gè)人也存在一些問題，比如工作還不夠細(xì)致，由于個(gè)人脾氣秉性容易與同事造成不愉快等等，在未來的時(shí)間里我會(huì)努力改正自身存在的問題，希望社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位同事多幫助我，指出我的缺點(diǎn)和不足。
