　　一開始，我穿著溜冰鞋，就照教練說得自己先去找一下感覺。于是，我拉著邊上的繩子，一步一步地，小心翼翼的往前走。然后。王教練過來，領著我，不用繩子的幫助，獨自滑。王教練走一步，我就跟一步，那樣子，真像一個小嬰兒初學走路時的情景。過后，王教練讓我一個人獨自練習，我只得一個人，圍著繩子一圈圈的轉。我每次沒走幾步，就幾乎要摔一跤，每次摔得特別痛。正當我灰心的時候，我突然想起一句一句經典的歌詞“不經歷風雨，怎能見彩虹”。我馬上又變得堅強起來，繼續滑，滑啊滑啊，我終于會了一點兒了。我高興的真想一蹦三尺，可惜啊，溜冰鞋太重了，我根本跳不起來……

　　從那以后，我每周都回去練溜冰。終于，功夫不負有心人，我溜冰的速度都可以趕得上教練了，而且呀，還會了一些溜冰的花樣呢!
