也是一家電力行業(yè)的it企業(yè)，她的業(yè)務(wù)范圍和有所交叉。近幾年業(yè)務(wù)嚴(yán)重萎縮，現(xiàn)正在蓄積力量重振。有趣的是，在業(yè)務(wù)振蕩的過(guò)去幾年中軟的很多工程師都去了，而我今天卻加入了。說(shuō)心里話，在這里難免會(huì)產(chǎn)生落差。并非是因?yàn)榈母＠陀冢ㄎ译x開(kāi)后的薪資還是有一定增長(zhǎng)的）；企業(yè)文化才是兩個(gè)公司最大的區(qū)別，企業(yè)文化本是比較虛的東西，但是有了對(duì)比和參照后，感覺(jué)立即就深刻了。雖然工作環(huán)境有不盡人意的地方，但我還是非常珍惜這份工作。創(chuàng)業(yè)后我也深深的體會(huì)到做老板的不易。我認(rèn)為每一份工作不管喜不喜歡，既是做了就應(yīng)該努力做到最好。
當(dāng)然，我并不后悔離開(kāi)康拓普，我為追求一個(gè)理想而離開(kāi)；我也不會(huì)介意有人會(huì)說(shuō)，我又回來(lái)找*領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要工作。
我已經(jīng)在承擔(dān)夢(mèng)想破滅后的嚴(yán)重后果了。不斷的提升能力，不斷的積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)卻是更難的找到工作。it是個(gè)年輕人的行業(yè)，很多主管的年齡正與我相仿，容納同齡的下屬也需要更多的包容。面對(duì)職場(chǎng)，我一下子不知怎么去與同齡人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；面向未來(lái)，我到四十歲還有十年，還有機(jī)會(huì)發(fā)展自己。
剛從創(chuàng)業(yè)的激情中冷清下來(lái)，我還沒(méi)有完全規(guī)劃好新的職業(yè)計(jì)劃，未來(lái)的職業(yè)方向會(huì)從系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目回到it服務(wù)。我在沒(méi)有從后勤崗位成功轉(zhuǎn)型到it服務(wù)，新的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司又在it服務(wù)中折戟，對(duì)這一行業(yè)持續(xù)關(guān)注和投入，我建立了深厚的行業(yè)感情；而且更為高端的it服務(wù)，我接觸還太少。正因?yàn)槿绱耍铱春眠@個(gè)方向，我在這一方向的發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)未到瓶頸。
在it服務(wù)外包上的格局還未打開(kāi)，此時(shí)也沒(méi)有招聘需求。回來(lái)工作可能是一件比較困難的事情。it是個(gè)比較小的圈子，不經(jīng)意間我又到了電力行業(yè)的it公司。希望能繼續(xù)保持與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其他同事的聯(lián)系，并不斷的聽(tīng)到的好消息。祝身體健康！工作順利！
