　　怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長配合學(xué)校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學(xué)好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長。

　　重視良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)

　　(1)讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學(xué)中，首先是加強聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說。按照眼前利益來看，我們的升學(xué)考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。比如前年的聽力占35分，去年就已經(jīng)占40分了。

　　(2)讓孩子大聲說英語家長要每天留出15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。

　　(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結(jié)合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學(xué)生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學(xué)生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一部分學(xué)生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎(chǔ)上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關(guān)詞組和句型，要讓學(xué)生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。

　　在具體的實施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學(xué)生根本不用心學(xué)，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責(zé)會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應(yīng)該及時跟我聯(lián)系，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應(yīng)的懲罰。

　　單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據(jù)讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒學(xué)生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學(xué)習(xí)中，學(xué)生不重視這項作業(yè)，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什么關(guān)系，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結(jié)果幾次下來，他負債累累，應(yīng)付不過來，學(xué)習(xí)處于被動狀態(tài)，從而影響了以后的學(xué)習(xí)，出現(xiàn)退步現(xiàn)象。因此，請大家在家里督促孩子保質(zhì)保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣。父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的，這時，父母親對學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。

　　一、班級整體情況

　　在優(yōu)秀班主任劉老師的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進步較大)，在這次期中考試中我們?nèi)〉昧吮容^好的成績的成績，本次考試共有50人參加，總分3696.5、平均分73.93、及格率76%、90分以上有11人，80-90分以上12人、70-7911人，60-69分4人，12人不及格。優(yōu)秀率率28%其中高分是田帥99分。 但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現(xiàn)在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒有按時上交或干脆不交等現(xiàn)象，久而久之，他的各種表現(xiàn)就落后了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學(xué)生。

　　二、英語學(xué)科的特點

　　本學(xué)期我們用的是陜旅版英語教材的三年級起點，在學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎(chǔ)上，強調(diào)語言的運用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和獨立運用所學(xué)語言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)實際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數(shù)字等。因此，英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學(xué)會越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習(xí)的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學(xué)會，到高段難的知識點學(xué)起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有partA B C 三部分內(nèi)容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對話教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內(nèi)容。

　　三、 如何在家監(jiān)督孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)

　　1.關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)

　　每周有四節(jié)英語課，這四天里我都會布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫重點句，對預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的要求是：聽錄音，若預(yù)習(xí)單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規(guī)定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多孩子是來學(xué)校補的。所以，從今天以后，家長可以根據(jù)這幾個要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)而且可以在微信群里詢問作業(yè)或者當面咨詢老師。

　　2.關(guān)注單元測試 看孩子的試卷，不光看分數(shù)的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數(shù)上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習(xí)方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習(xí)的成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎勵，有，優(yōu)秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。當然我們獎勵的獎品是從成績不好的學(xué)生奶得到的，我這樣做并不是為了其他的什么，知識想通過這個小小的獎勵或者懲罰讓好的更好，讓不好的變好，希望家長能理解和支持。

　　四、 幾點希望

　　1.家長要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要把語文，數(shù)學(xué)，英語放在同等位置。經(jīng)常可以聽到家長的議論，小學(xué)英語沒關(guān)系，初中會重學(xué)的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。初中七年級是有三個模塊式復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容的，但后面的內(nèi)容跨度還是很大的。所以養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣要從小學(xué)開始，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)必須家校合作，因為時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學(xué)習(xí)比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。

　　小學(xué)六年級，是學(xué)生在小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活中最后一個階段，也是小學(xué)與初中的接軌點，學(xué)生素質(zhì)的高低，成績的好壞，即將面臨一個新的環(huán)境的新的挑戰(zhàn)，所以小學(xué)六年級階段十分重要。而英語是繼語文數(shù)學(xué)的又一大主科。尤其是到了初中階段，英語科目所占分值高達120分，考試內(nèi)容涵蓋聽說讀寫。而我們小學(xué)階段正處于英語基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)階段，一個扎實的英語知識基礎(chǔ)會為初中的進一步學(xué)習(xí)提供很大的幫助，減輕很大的負擔。初中內(nèi)容信息量，知識量都大大增加。小學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好的同學(xué)道理初中會很吃力。

　　各位家長，晚上好!

　　你們的孩子長大了，他們已經(jīng)是六年級的學(xué)生了。小學(xué)六年級，是學(xué)生在小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活中最后一個階段，也是小學(xué)與初中的接軌點，學(xué)生素質(zhì)的高低，成績的好壞，即將面臨到一個新的環(huán)境中受到一個新的挑戰(zhàn)、新的評價。我們應(yīng)該認識到，六年級是小學(xué)至關(guān)重要的一個階段。所以今天學(xué)校在開學(xué)初召開了家長會。我們聚在一起，是為了相互交流一下學(xué)生在校及在家的情況，以便老師能夠及時調(diào)整工作、提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量，家長能夠更好教育自己的子女做人與成材。總之我們的目標是一致的，那就是：“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切!”

　　首先，我先說孩子們在班里的總體情況。整個班級學(xué)生大約分成三類： 第一類同學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣相當好，學(xué)習(xí)積極主動，上課專心聽講，作業(yè)專注、書寫認真，所以作業(yè)完成的速度快，正確率高，回答問題思路清晰。第二類學(xué)生是自覺性相對差一點，作業(yè)能及時完成，上課偶爾注意力不集中，經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)這樣或那樣的小毛病。第三類學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差，作業(yè)不能主動完成，經(jīng)常不寫作業(yè)，即使寫了，但是書寫潦潦草草，錯題一大堆。講評過的題，既不改正，也不做相應(yīng)的筆記。

　　我想第一類家長是把時間和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都過問孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況，而且能親自檢查，對孩子的要求很嚴格，孩子在學(xué)習(xí)上的每次浮動都牽動家長的心，都能引起家長足夠的重視。

　　第二類家長也是占大多數(shù)的家長，是每天也都過問孩子的作業(yè)情況。如“作業(yè)做完了嗎?單詞背了嗎?”這類家長也只是停留在問的層面上，偶爾能看看孩子的作業(yè)情況。得到孩子的回答也大多是“完成了。””孩子到底完成的質(zhì)量怎么樣，家長心里沒數(shù)。

　　第三類家長是不懂英語的，而且上班忙，下班太晚，沒時間過問的孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況。或者孩子放給爺爺奶奶外公外婆管。

　　我想跟家長們重點說說用實際行動，真心關(guān)心孩子的學(xué)習(xí)。如今的小學(xué)英語對學(xué)生的要求比較高，到了高年級教材的練習(xí)幾乎都等同于我們以前的初中水平，如果在平時能注意翻閱一下我們英語書的家長就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，書本上很多的單詞

　　以前都沒有見過。單詞如此，句型、語法等知識也是如此，所以，到了高年級光要求學(xué)生能夠朗讀、默寫等已不能滿足高年級英語學(xué)習(xí)的需要了。對陌生短文的理解閱讀、對句型之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化、對各類時態(tài)的正確分辨，對語法點的理解運用等等，都是學(xué)生所必須掌握的，也是學(xué)生最薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。所以，學(xué)生的理解能力、運用能力顯得尤為重要。

　　有的家長也認為，孩子能夠讀出課文并默寫出單詞句型，怎考試還不見效果?這完全是正常的現(xiàn)象。高年級的英語學(xué)習(xí)，以理解、運用為重，書本只是媒介，是知識的載體，學(xué)生的英語思維也是從這階段開始處于萌芽狀態(tài)，所以，這階段的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)將有可能關(guān)系到他將來的學(xué)習(xí)，沒有好的基礎(chǔ)，英語學(xué)習(xí)前景確實不容樂觀。

　　那作為家長，應(yīng)該如何正視自己孩子的英語學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)呢?該如何幫助孩子養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣呢?該如何提高孩子的學(xué)習(xí)成績呢?在英語學(xué)科方面，我提以下幾點建議：

　　1、給孩子學(xué)習(xí)的信心。

　　不管孩子接受其他知識的能力如何，在英語學(xué)科方面，千萬不能隨意的打擊。語言沒有誰天生對之反感，也沒有誰天生就是天才，都是在實踐中逐漸積累，乃至熟能生巧。家長要有一顆平常心，不要對孩子說一些“你是家中希望，一定要考上重點”或“考砸了，爸媽臉往哪兒擱”之類的話，或者動不動就一頓打，家長需要耐心與冷靜，這是幫助孩子坦然面對學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵。看到孩子的優(yōu)勢，適當鼓勵和引導(dǎo)，讓孩子對英語的學(xué)習(xí)充滿著自信，這一點相當重要。

　　2、平時多了解孩子的作業(yè)和測驗情況。

　　我要求學(xué)生在每次單元測驗后讓家長簽字并寫上評語。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)作業(yè)的質(zhì)量不高，一定要讓他重新做好。家與學(xué)校兩手抓，學(xué)生良好的品質(zhì)就容易養(yǎng)成。并且還能有效地杜絕抄襲。讀，讀了幾遍?

　　4、經(jīng)常檢查孩子的書，一是可以看出孩子上課是否認真聽了記錄了，二是督促孩子及時復(fù)習(xí)老師上課講的重點。

　　5、看孩子的試卷，不是光看看分數(shù)就完了。

　　家長要把測驗試卷打開親自看一看，了解孩子為什么錯，是單詞沒記住;是上課沒注意聽，還有就是把老師講評的要點讓孩子認真復(fù)習(xí)。督促孩子上課聽老師講評練習(xí)題或試卷的時候，有錯誤的地方要及時更正，課后要多復(fù)習(xí)，這樣就可以有效避免再犯同樣的錯誤，試卷需要家長簽字。還有，孩子作業(yè)的字跡，對待作業(yè)的態(tài)度，聽課的效率，對英語學(xué)科的興趣等等，家長的重視和督促同樣是不可忽略。

　　7、適當給孩子一些壓力。

　　家長可適當給孩子布置一點口頭或筆頭的作業(yè)，給孩子一些適當?shù)呢摀�，幫助學(xué)生練習(xí)所學(xué)知識，這樣的堅持同樣也能取得一定的效果。畢竟是熟能生巧，尤其對小學(xué)生來說。

　　你們好!十分感謝各位在百忙中抽出時間來參加這次家長會。本次家長會主要是圍繞這半學(xué)期來孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)及其他各方面的情況而開的。

　　本學(xué)期開學(xué)至今，班級的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛很濃，各科教學(xué)都緊張而有序地進行。因為進入五年級了，各科學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)都很重，時間都很緊，孩子們都很辛苦，鑒于這種情況，我們也開展了一系列的活動，參加了學(xué)校的廣播操比賽，我們班榮獲了五六年級組第二名，因為去年是四年級和三年級比，我們很輕松地拿了第一，而這次是和六年級比，有難度，但令人欣慰的是孩子們都很努力，為了班級的榮譽，苦練動作，得了第二，實在不簡單。另外，還開展了“慶祝抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利60周年”及“中國人了不起”的中隊活動。我還給孩子們每小組拍了一張合照，貼在他們小組合作自己親手做的像框里，這樣不僅可以培養(yǎng)他們的合作能力，還可以增強他們的集體榮譽感。還搞了手抄小報的活動，四人一小組，設(shè)計并創(chuàng)作一張手抄小報，同學(xué)們興致都很高，美編，文字，排版，分工明確，合作意識很強。

　　接下來我就英語教學(xué)方面的情況跟大家談一談

　　為了適應(yīng)大環(huán)境，本學(xué)期的英語教材更換了，大家都知道換成了牛津小學(xué)英語，我們五年級用的是5a，這套教材應(yīng)該是三年級開始從3a逐步學(xué)起的，由于種種原因，當時我們學(xué)的是新標準英語，那也就是說我們過去3a到4b的四冊內(nèi)容都沒學(xué)過，而一下子要孩子接觸5a，而且拒有關(guān)專家講，從4b到5a的跨度非常大，是所有牛津小學(xué)英語中冊與冊之間跨度最大的，書中絕大多數(shù)都是長句子，語法知識也很多，而且以前的教材對于寫的要求也不高，考查的力度也不大，鑒于以上這些情況，因此本次期中考試的成績整體都不理想，值得高興的是我們班的浦睿同學(xué)考了全年級英語最高分97分。孩子們第一次接觸這樣的教材，這樣的題型，這次試卷又有些偏，因為我們以前的教材只有我們學(xué)校用，所以試卷都是老師自己出，而且也沒有范圍，因此，看起來普遍成績都很好。其實這次考試不太理想也許是件好事，一方面可以對孩子有點觸動，另一方面也可以使我們了解到新教材與就教材之間的差異，而更好地為以后的教學(xué)服務(wù)。這次的考試包括以后的月考，期中期末考都不再是老師自己出卷了，而且題型不是一成不變的，英語這門學(xué)科和語數(shù)不一樣的地方在于它的靈活多變性，它的題型可以千變?nèi)f化，但它的變化總是建立在一個不變的基礎(chǔ)上的，那就是這些基礎(chǔ)知識：單詞，短語，句型。一旦基礎(chǔ)的東西掌握了，不管它怎么變，萬變不離其宗。

　　曾經(jīng)有家長打電話問我他孩子的英語基礎(chǔ)很差怎么辦，我的回答很簡單，“只要他跟著我的步子走，按照我的要求做，問題不大!”我的回答很簡單，可真的做起來不那么容易哦!有些家長就深深地體會到英語這個學(xué)科只要孩子用心，學(xué)習(xí)效果是很明顯的，只要他背了記了，效果就出來了，可能由于有些家長還沒有意識到英語在考試中的地位而對這一學(xué)科有所忽略，現(xiàn)在，我想告訴各位，小升初的考試，好一些的中學(xué)，比如：中學(xué)，中學(xué)等都要求考英語，而且揚中是要把英語分數(shù)納入總分計算的，所以，目前的形勢決定了英語學(xué)科的重要性，請各位家長務(wù)必重視英語這一學(xué)科，你們思想上重視了，無形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在學(xué)校肯定是抓得很緊，中午休息時間，晚自習(xí)前后甚至早晨全都用來給孩子補課。關(guān)鍵是孩子周末放假在家的兩天有沒有充分利用起來，我們每周的回家作業(yè)上都會有一項復(fù)習(xí)的內(nèi)容，請家長無比抽出一點點時間來監(jiān)督他這一任務(wù)的完成情況，你們可以看家校聯(lián)系冊，然后來報單詞，短語的中文讓孩子寫英文，對照書來檢查掌握情況，這樣周一的復(fù)習(xí)聽寫才能有好的效果，單元測驗才能取得好成績。否則，他們兩天時間就白白浪費掉了，你們還可以讓他跟著磁帶讀課文，課文熟練了，很多題目就自然而然會做了，多讀還可以培養(yǎng)他的語感，還請家長多多配合。說了這么多，我只有目的，也是各位家長所想的：我們配合好，把他們的成績逐步提高上去。謝謝各位的合作。
