現(xiàn)在正處于應(yīng)試教育向素質(zhì)教育轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期，既要求減輕負(fù)擔(dān)，又要求提高教育質(zhì)量，這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫，提高課堂效率：
1、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。
大家都曉得，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括備課標(biāo)、備教材、備學(xué)生、備教法，備學(xué)法。教師要根據(jù)課程尺度請(qǐng)求，當(dāng)真鉆研教材，借助有關(guān)資料，了解、分析和掌握學(xué)生研究的立場(chǎng)、方法、能力和研究中存在的困難；選擇最佳教學(xué)策略，確立合理的課堂教學(xué)模式，制定具體的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，達(dá)到教學(xué)進(jìn)程的最優(yōu)化組合，有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生當(dāng)堂掌握常識(shí)�？凑n程標(biāo)標(biāo)使我明白了課程的總目標(biāo)，也深入的理解了英語(yǔ)課程的工具性與人文性的統(tǒng)一，明白了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們初步的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的基礎(chǔ)上，還肩負(fù)著促進(jìn)心智成熟，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)的重任，為教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)指明了方向。備教材，上課前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、研究資料及以往的相招考題，對(duì)于哪些是重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，哪些常識(shí)點(diǎn)擴(kuò)展到什么水平，會(huì)以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學(xué)生，就是要了解學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)、接受能力、常識(shí)儲(chǔ)備情況，這樣可以免起點(diǎn)太高，學(xué)生聽(tīng)不懂，或起點(diǎn)太低，學(xué)生感到無(wú)聊的情況。備教法。每一級(jí)每個(gè)班學(xué)生特點(diǎn)各不相同，所以要注重仔細(xì)研究學(xué)生，采納適合學(xué)生的方法導(dǎo)入新課，用學(xué)生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學(xué)生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動(dòng)。

我請(qǐng)求自己在備好課的基礎(chǔ)上，每節(jié)課都滿懷熱忱地走進(jìn)教室，哪怕身材不適、滿心煩惱，在站上講臺(tái)，面向?qū)W生的那一刻，我都市面帶笑臉，因?yàn)榭鞓?lè)的情感可以傳染，假如你把快樂(lè)的情感、積極地心態(tài)傳染給學(xué)生，他的研究效力可能會(huì)成倍增長(zhǎng)。
3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。假如仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾�！钡慕虒W(xué)模式，就會(huì)呈現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽(tīng)得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念請(qǐng)求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過(guò)。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對(duì)于重難點(diǎn)的常識(shí)，根據(jù)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)細(xì)致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點(diǎn)，練一點(diǎn)，講練結(jié)合，讓大多半學(xué)生都能跟上，參與活動(dòng)。講得太粗太快，學(xué)生跟不上，學(xué)不會(huì)，久而久之，就會(huì)慢慢失去研究興趣。
4、教法靈活，降低研究難度。
英語(yǔ)學(xué)科知識(shí)點(diǎn)多而雜，致使部分學(xué)生因記不住而失去興趣。我會(huì)經(jīng)常用各種靈活的活動(dòng)幫助他們記憶，使學(xué)生輕松的掌握知識(shí)，提高興趣。比如在初一教音標(biāo)時(shí)，我用一個(gè)小故事把十二個(gè)單元音音素連起來(lái)，易于他們記憶，還有二十一個(gè)輔音字母的發(fā)音我也編了與發(fā)音相匹的動(dòng)作幫助他們記憶。研究詞匯eye時(shí)，用聯(lián)想法可以幫助他們記憶，也可用諧音教學(xué)door，告訴學(xué)生門是用來(lái)防盜的，所以墳?zāi)沟囊馑迹l(fā)音是土墓，再比如umbrella諧音像俺不來(lái)了，因?yàn)橄掠隂](méi)傘。教學(xué)語(yǔ)法時(shí)，比如時(shí)態(tài)的教學(xué)，可以把幾大時(shí)態(tài)的構(gòu)成及用法比較對(duì)比研究，比較級(jí)最高級(jí)的教學(xué)，用實(shí)物或班里的同學(xué)設(shè)置真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境，操練句型。運(yùn)用靈活的教學(xué)方法，可以降低研究的難度，激發(fā)學(xué)生們研究的興趣。

四、對(duì)教師的理解
1、教師首先是教誨者，其次才是教學(xué)者。
2、教師要自我發(fā)展。北京的培訓(xùn)真正讓我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。無(wú)論是大學(xué)教授還是一線教師，都即是理論專家，又是實(shí)踐高手。他們的秘訣就是要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，要與學(xué)生同步。和老師已到退休年齡還每天寫反思，聽(tīng)英文廣播，每周看一本與教學(xué)有關(guān)的書籍。
3、教師要協(xié)作發(fā)展。靠教師一人的力量很難辦理一些教學(xué)中的實(shí)際困難。一個(gè)學(xué)校優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)背后一定有一個(gè)連合協(xié)作和具有科研立異精神的團(tuán)隊(duì)。單打獨(dú)斗無(wú)法創(chuàng)造一個(gè)學(xué)科的輝煌。
我想教誨教學(xué)需要“眾人劃槳開(kāi)大船”。你一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，就是兩個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；你一個(gè)方法，我一個(gè)方法，就是兩個(gè)方法。教誨資源需要共享，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)需要交換，教學(xué)方法需要互學(xué)。在教學(xué)中，教研組成員假如一起探叨教學(xué)疑心，教學(xué)方法，新的教學(xué)理念，我們一定能在提高自己教學(xué)能力、自身素質(zhì)的同時(shí)，共同去打造我校高效教學(xué)的新場(chǎng)面。

When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?
As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.
Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.
Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

一、與幼兒建立平等的同伴關(guān)系。
我班幼兒是學(xué)前班的小朋友了，對(duì)教師、同伴都已熟悉，我就抓住良機(jī)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行“感情投資”力增讓幼兒在感覺(jué)上認(rèn)為我是他們的同伴而不是教師，不論在語(yǔ)言、動(dòng)作、表情上都如此，一日活動(dòng)中我都讓自己盡力“兒童化”，來(lái)拉近和孩子的距離，而不是扮演教師的角色命令式地讓孩子不許動(dòng)這不許碰那，這樣不好那樣不對(duì)。而是讓他們的的喜怒哀樂(lè)讓我一起分享。
二、努力做到“四勤”——嘴勤、手勤、眼勤、腳勤。
善于夸獎(jiǎng)是多鼓勵(lì)、表?yè)P(yáng)孩子的一種方式。我們常說(shuō)：“好孩子是夸出來(lái)的”。除了這樣的表?yè)P(yáng)，我們還可以通過(guò)與家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行充分溝通，多在家長(zhǎng)面前夸贊他們的孩子，這樣家長(zhǎng)一定會(huì)非常高興并積極地配合我們的工作。此外，勤于動(dòng)手也很重要，我們可以為孩子制作一些教具或者玩具，讓他們?cè)诳鞓?lè)的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和發(fā)展能力。同時(shí)，我們還要勤于幫助孩子整理衣著，使他們保持整潔的形象。眼觀四方也是必要的，我們要多觀察孩子的狀態(tài)、表情、語(yǔ)言和動(dòng)作，及時(shí)處理突發(fā)事件。就像兒歌中唱的：“教師的眼睛最大，誰(shuí)的辮子散了，扣子掉了鞋子反了，衣褲濕了，教師都知道。”最后，我們還要勤于走進(jìn)孩子的世界，與幼兒多接觸，對(duì)于他們養(yǎng)成良好習(xí)慣之前，要經(jīng)常陪伴并進(jìn)行督促檢查。

When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. 3 my definition of success

why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.
The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

3 My Definition of Success
“Once upon a time, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. One day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." Well, you know the rest. The three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.
And the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "And they live happily every after."
Why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, I would say, so unimaginative? How can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? Because, I think, it is a typical success story. It is highly philosophical and symbolic. By implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
The story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. The reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. If a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another ogy.
If we changed the rules of football, greatly enlarged the goal and sent away David Seaman or any other goal keeper, so that another David, namely David Beckham, could score easily, then scoring would not give him the thrill of accomplishment and the joy that it brings. If we further changed the rules by not allowing Arsenal's defenders to defend, so that Beckham needed only to lift a finger, actually a toe, to score, then there would be no game at all, because the meaning of winning would have disappeared. In accepting the challenge, in surmounting the difficulties and in enduring the hardship, success acquires its value. The sense of attainment varies in proportion to the degree of difficulties on overcomes.
The concept of success is not constant but relative because the nature of difficulty is also relative. Something you do effortlessly might pose a great difficulty for a handicapped person. In acquiring the ability to do the same as you can, he or she achieve success. That's why we greatly admire Stephen Hawking, because, though confined to a wheel chair, he has contributed greatly to the field of science.
I myself, a rather shy person by nature who easily suffer from stage fright, had to pluck up great courage to take part in a speech contest like this. I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest.But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If I come out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. For me, it is a meaningful step forward, all as it is, in the long journey toward the final success in my life, because I have truly gained by participating.
Let us return to our handsome young prince and the 4-step definition of success. You my have noticed that the usual worldly criteria of wealth, position and fame were not mentioned as part of the story, but rather, it emphasized the process of overcoming difficulties. The ancient wisdom had already defined the meaning of success, and this is my definition, too.

從大學(xué)畢業(yè)到現(xiàn)在我已走上講臺(tái)整整七年，而在過(guò)去的七年當(dāng)中讓我進(jìn)步最快的就是上個(gè)學(xué)期。在上個(gè)學(xué)期，為提高課堂教學(xué)效率，打造高效課堂，切實(shí)落實(shí)“五步短動(dòng)式教學(xué)法”在課堂中的運(yùn)用，我前后共上了六節(jié)公開(kāi)課。通過(guò)反復(fù)的實(shí)踐，使我的教學(xué)觀念有了一個(gè)巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變，對(duì)“五步短動(dòng)式教學(xué)法”有了更深的理解，將“五步短動(dòng)式教學(xué)法”融入到每節(jié)課中，盡可能地發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體地位，盡可能地創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧、民主、寬松的教學(xué)環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人。下面介紹一下我在教學(xué)中的幾點(diǎn)做法。
一、轉(zhuǎn)變課堂教學(xué)模式
有人認(rèn)為歷史是一門老師好教、學(xué)生好學(xué)的學(xué)科。對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，不需要有什么基礎(chǔ)，只要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)就不會(huì)有太大的問(wèn)題。但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)教學(xué)中我所面臨的問(wèn)題是：有的學(xué)生不愛(ài)學(xué)，學(xué)的不認(rèn)真、不積極，惰性極強(qiáng)。面對(duì)這種情況，我在上課時(shí)靈活運(yùn)用“五步短動(dòng)式教學(xué)法”，將課堂分解為“看一看”、“說(shuō)一說(shuō)”、“聽(tīng)一聽(tīng)”、“議一議”、“練一練”五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，穿插于整節(jié)課,使師生之間一直處于互動(dòng)狀態(tài)，盡量提高學(xué)生注意力。敢于放手，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的各方面能力，把大部分的講授時(shí)間交還給學(xué)生使用,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用。在課堂上不

課堂上組織學(xué)生以學(xué)習(xí)小組為單位參與學(xué)習(xí)，回答問(wèn)題即可得到相應(yīng)的'分?jǐn)?shù)，然后把分?jǐn)?shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)作為評(píng)選“優(yōu)秀小組”的依據(jù)。尤其對(duì)一些學(xué)困生，我往往采用學(xué)困生答對(duì)問(wèn)題加雙倍分，幫助他們樹立自信心，不放棄學(xué)習(xí)。利用小組評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制也打破了課堂沉悶、死板的狀態(tài)，激發(fā)了學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。我還把小組評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制沿用到課后的作業(yè)和知識(shí)點(diǎn)背誦的檢查中。在作業(yè)中，書寫工整、規(guī)范并且及時(shí)改錯(cuò)的就給予加分;而對(duì)于那些不認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)、不及時(shí)改錯(cuò)的就減分，并鼓勵(lì)他們?cè)谡n堂上通過(guò)積極參與課堂將因?yàn)樽约核鶃G的分?jǐn)?shù)賺回來(lái)。在知識(shí)點(diǎn)背誦的檢查中，凡是按照老師要求全組同學(xué)都背誦完的就給予加分，班上第一個(gè)背誦完的小組給予雙倍加分。大大提升了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。通過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的實(shí)踐，證明小組評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的運(yùn)用是行之有效的。
三、重視學(xué)生興趣的培養(yǎng)
“愛(ài)好是最好的導(dǎo)師”，沒(méi)有興趣，學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)成為負(fù)擔(dān)。有了興趣，學(xué)習(xí)就成為一種需求，就學(xué)得輕松愉快，動(dòng)力無(wú)窮。歷史課是一門非常有趣的科目，一節(jié)優(yōu)秀的歷史課應(yīng)該設(shè)法將生動(dòng)、鮮活的歷史呈現(xiàn)在學(xué)生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌輸和強(qiáng)迫學(xué)生死記那些歷史知識(shí)。在我進(jìn)行歷史教學(xué)時(shí)，經(jīng)常運(yùn)用多媒體教學(xué)手段，播放一些紀(jì)錄片、電影資料或相關(guān)的歌曲，創(chuàng)造歷史情境，讓學(xué)生置身其中，激發(fā)他們對(duì)歷史的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。例如，在講授《鄭和下西洋》時(shí)，我播放了一段紀(jì)錄片資料，不需要深入解釋，學(xué)生就能理解這個(gè)部分的主要內(nèi)容。在講授《蒙古的建立及元朝的統(tǒng)一》中的“行省制”時(shí)，通過(guò)課件演示將抽象的內(nèi)容具體化，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的各種感觀，加強(qiáng)對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握。學(xué)生對(duì)歷史產(chǎn)生了興趣，課堂上所講的知識(shí)會(huì)更加深刻，提高了學(xué)習(xí)效果。

Matt agreed, and got into the small airplane with his wife.
The pilot took off and made his airplane do all kinds of things. At one moment it was flying upside down.
