main responsibilities:
主要職責(zé):
product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.
產(chǎn)品管理:根據(jù)顧客的偏好調(diào)整商品的系列和種類、商品陳列順序和區(qū)域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫房陳列管理、商品轉(zhuǎn)移管理以及協(xié)助銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理等。
image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section.
形象管理:產(chǎn)品陳列及店鋪的形象管理。
personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays.
員工管理:協(xié)助經(jīng)理為員工安排工作;培訓(xùn)并激勵(lì)分管區(qū)域的員工;協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)工作時(shí)間/休假安排。

崗位職責(zé):
1、2年以上epon/gpon終端產(chǎn)品hgu的研發(fā)測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、至少8個(gè)省級以上成功交付的isp的集采測試經(jīng)歷。
3、對ieee 802.3ah/itu-t g.988/mld/ipv6/tr-069/tcp/ip等協(xié)議有很深的理解。
關(guān)鍵專業(yè)知識和技能(按重要程度由強(qiáng)到弱填寫) :
1、具備清晰、完善的軟件工程測試?yán)碚摗?/p>
2、熟悉光纖寬帶接入產(chǎn)品的`技術(shù)形態(tài)。
3、深度挖掘和快速定位bug的能力。
4、熟悉通信原理、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和linux。

1.熟悉gpon網(wǎng)關(guān)架構(gòu),有兩年或兩年以上網(wǎng)關(guān)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.熟悉omci協(xié)議,有omci相關(guān)開發(fā),調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.熟悉tcp/ip,802.11n, 802.11ac,802.1ax等網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議
4.精通c語言以及其他網(wǎng)關(guān)類嵌入式開發(fā)所需語言
5.有責(zé)任心,能夠配合項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度要求,調(diào)整工作節(jié)奏
6.能夠流暢的與客戶用英語進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流
