　　一、保育方面

　　每天我教室的第一件事就是按照教師一日工作細則，開窗通風，以及各項衛生工作。在平時，為了讓幼兒養成良好的生活習慣，在進行盥洗時，能及時站在幼兒旁邊，注意幼兒的安全，并交給幼兒正確的洗手方法；

　　在午餐時，讓幼兒做到不講話、安靜愉快的吃完自己的飯菜，做到不挑食、偏食，針對進餐有挑食的孩子們，給予鼓勵和誘導，逐步培養幼兒良好的進餐習慣；

　　在午睡時，我嚴格要求幼兒養成良好的午睡習慣，培養幼兒正確的睡姿，安靜入睡，在我值班期間，我能讓每個幼兒入睡，等他們睡著后，能及時調整孩子們的睡姿。孩子們的快樂，是對我工作的鼓勵，家長的滿意，是對我工作的肯定。

　　二、嚴格執行衛生消毒制度

　　對班級的衛生工作，我嚴格按照本園制度執行，我是中途來幼兒園的，從我決定參加工作以來，我一直注重幼兒餐具、毛巾、地面、門、窗、玩具、等物品的消毒工作。平時注意觀察孩子們的情況，早上家長送來時，看到孩子們情緒不高時，我都會向家長了解情況，午睡起床，我會指導孩子們自己洗臉，然后給孩子們整理著裝。在戶外或室內活動時，我特別注意幼兒人身安全和增減衣物的護理工作。

　　三、在配班工作中，我主動配合教師組織幼兒上課

　　并能在不打擾教師正常上課的同時糾正幼兒坐姿，發現幼兒注意力分散時能及時的提醒。

　　四、安全問題是大事

　　在活動中能注意幼兒的安全，并注意及時給他們增減衣服。能做好幼兒活動的護理工作。根據天氣的變化給幼兒增減衣服，活動前注意提醒幼兒喝水，并加強幼兒的安全意識教育。活動時教師要先講規則，并教幼兒一些自我保護的技能。

　　五、家園互動方面

　　我認為在與家長溝通方面，我做的還是不錯的，在家長接送孩子們是能夠主動和家長溝通，了解幼兒的生活習慣，興趣愛好，以及家長對我們工作所提出的合理化建議我都能虛心接受。

　　對于工作，我一直都盡力做到最好，但仍存在很多不足之處，工作中，有時出現一些急躁情緒，今后我會注意控制自己的情緒。通過這段時間的'工作，我認為：自己所從事的職業，只有熱愛了，才會去追求，才會不斷進取，才會得到家長和孩子們的信任。

　　本學年，我全身心投入學校工作，出全勤，空堂堅持坐班。從無曠工、曠課現象發生，有事向學校請假。同時，積極主動地完成領導交辦的各種工作。
