　　E: I've got to be sure that the person is going to be able to get on with people. They need to be  quick thinkers and they need to be able to express themselves easily in words.

　　I: Are there any other qualities (素質(zhì)) that you are looking for?

　　E: Yes. The kind of mind that's always asking questions, being able to talk to people easily, that kind of thing.

　　In this talk a teacher gives advice to students about writing compositions.

　　The important point to remember is that everyone can learn to write well.

　　When you have to write a composition, the first thing to do is write down all your ideas as quickly as possible. If the ideas don’t come to you quickly try asking yourself some questions: When? Where? Who? What? Why? If you can talk over your ideas with a partner. You can do this in English or Chinese’, it doesn’t matter.

　　Next, see which of the ideas are connected, and put them in the best order. At this stage, cross out any ideas which don’t fit in. You will always have more than enough ideas for your composition.

　　Some students think that you have to write a long introduction at the beginning of your composition. In fact, this isn’t necessary. Time is short.

　　Now check the plan for your composition. Is it too long or too short? Do you need more information? If so, you may need to go to your school library. Do you need more examples to make your ideas clear? It is more interesting for your reader if you can introduce examples to show what you mean.

　　〈目標(biāo)英語 》設(shè)計(jì)了大量的聽說材料，而現(xiàn)在這些聽力材料正成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)過程中的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。那么，我們?nèi)绾胃淖儸F(xiàn)狀呢？ 

　　1、首先進(jìn)行大量的聽說訓(xùn)練。“聽”是對(duì)輸入信息的“加工”，“說”是表達(dá)，是“輸出”，沒有輸入就沒有輸出。在聽懂的基礎(chǔ)上說，在說的同時(shí)增強(qiáng)聽的能力，使兩者有機(jī)結(jié)合，相互促進(jìn)。聽說訓(xùn)練包括聽音答問、聽后復(fù)述、聽后解釋和聽后辯論等。而初中側(cè)重聽音答問和聽后復(fù)述。 

　　2、接著進(jìn)行聽寫訓(xùn)練 。有意識(shí)地安排聽寫一些音相近的單詞，一些含有同化、強(qiáng)弱讀、連讀、失去爆破或包含否定的句子；聽寫有數(shù)字、人名、地名、年齡、尺碼的對(duì)話和短文。聽音畫勾或打圈，聽音選圖，聽音標(biāo)號(hào)或排序以強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的記憶力。 

　　3、注重聽讀訓(xùn)練 。即聽完一兩遍錄音后，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行模仿跟讀。心理學(xué)研究表明，青少年在發(fā)音、動(dòng)作、習(xí)慣方面的模仿能力極強(qiáng)。學(xué)生在跟讀時(shí)，仔細(xì)揣摩句子的重讀、弱讀、失爆規(guī)則從而掌握一些朗讀技巧。同時(shí)朗讀對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)語言的感覺提高對(duì)語言的感悟力有著極其重要的作用。 

　　4、培養(yǎng)良好的聽說習(xí)慣。  

　　一）建立旨在擴(kuò)大聽的輸入和有針對(duì)性地訓(xùn)練聽力技巧的聽力教學(xué)體系。各種語言技能的掌握和提高是相互影響相互支持的，對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)生來說，閱讀水平的提高對(duì)于帶動(dòng)包括聽力在內(nèi)的其它技能的提高，可能起著相當(dāng)重要的作用。因此，從一開始就應(yīng)重視在進(jìn)行語言形式操練的同時(shí)，注重連續(xù)的語篇教學(xué)，并在材料的選擇中注意材料的真實(shí)性、可理解性，體裁的廣泛性、交際性和練習(xí)設(shè)置的科學(xué)性。

一個(gè)7歲小女孩子家庭環(huán)境 -- 不要做一個(gè)聽力正常的“聾子”
 


   鄉(xiāng)下很熟的一個(gè)小孩子，常見到她。很少說話，皮蛋老師見到她問十句也會(huì)說上二、三句。 有時(shí)覺得最難過的事是什么？ 就是一個(gè)孩子的命運(yùn)已事先就可以預(yù)見，沒有什么希望。這個(gè)小女孩子就是這樣，父母在外地打工，相依為命的外婆耳聾，時(shí)不時(shí)回家的小舅舅也是耳聾，而最有能力的外公在外面?zhèn)麂N（賺了幾次錢然后就給傳銷送了幾次錢）。媽 媽也是耳聾，孩子爸爸是因?yàn)槠�遠(yuǎn)家窮招郎上門。 小女孩子有的親近的人的文化水平都沒小學(xué)畢業(yè)。這些都還是次要的，最為讓人傷心的是，因?yàn)檫z傳，小女孩子的聽力會(huì)慢慢減弱，最后像她媽 媽一樣。


  小女孩為什么沉默寡言？原因很明顯，沒人聽她說話。據(jù)她說學(xué)校的老師也很兇，打人罵人（沒耐心的老師都這樣，有人總認(rèn)為是老師沒愛心，其實(shí)與愛心無關(guān)，一般人都是有愛心的）。  皮蛋老師在猶豫xx學(xué)校要不要免費(fèi)收這個(gè)小女孩子，和老師們商量再說。

 

 


  實(shí)際上，我們換個(gè)角度來看問題。有些父母或外婆或爺爺聽力是正常的，但其實(shí)他們卻像這個(gè)女孩的外婆一樣，接收不到孩子的信息。時(shí)間久了，孩子就會(huì)患上“無助感”，最后孩子放棄正常的交流。對(duì)于一個(gè)低齡的孩子，這是多么悲慘的一個(gè)環(huán)境，只是比孤兒院好一些罷了。


  做父母的，耐心地傾聽（傾聽意味著同理心，不僅是聽到聲音，而要聽到孩子的內(nèi)心；這里的聽不是狹窄意義上的聽。）孩子，不要做一個(gè)正常聽力的卻接收不到孩子信息的“聾子”。
