　　20xx年xx月xx日，我加入中鐵二十局西成客專項九工區這個大家庭。作為一名新進成員，九工區給了我一種家的感覺，一種積極向上，奮發進取的觀念。我很欣慰能加入到這個工區成為一名測量員。

　　在這幾個月內，大家對我非常熱情，我有什么工作方面的問題，大家都熱心幫助我，我現在已經適應這環境，工作也進展的很順利。

　　測量時工程的眼睛。作為測量人員，我本著實事求是的態度，一切數據說話的原則，從事測量工作。到西成這個項目，是我人生的起點，也是我重要的一部分，在這我得到了至深的鍛煉。

　　我總結了我這幾個月以來學到的東西：

　　一、嚴謹科學，認真求證

　　在施工測量之前，認真審圖，隊途勝有無，有疑問的地方及時處理；在測量放樣之前，反復查看數據，確保萬無一失，隊各種數據注意保存及時整理。測量放線后，要認真復核點位的坐標距離，做好三方交底。

　　二、不斷進取，精益求精

　　各種新的施工材料和機械，應用到建設施工中，同時出現了許多工藝、工法。這意味的必須提高自己的業務水平，學會各種新的.測量儀器，去更好的工作。

　　三、那百家之長，補自家之短

　　不欣喜于以往的任何成果，時刻準備著解決各種難題，積極應對可能面臨的挑戰。測量人員本著實事求是的工作態度，尊重科學、事實。在項目領導的引領下，把工程測量這一關做好，完善內外業工作資料，落實各項任務，及時為前線測量放樣，為提前竣工做自己的貢獻。

　　測量工作的嚴密施工，靠工區領導的支持，靠測量人員在工作中每時每刻的謹慎，保證萬無一失。為了又快又好的服務施工現場，為領導提高前期決策，充分的迎接各項檢查工作。針對某一件事，我們做了很多次的反復工作，風里來，雨里去，當我們完成任務，扛著儀器歸來，我們仍用微笑向其他同事展現我們的魅力。

　　在此感謝工區丁繼剛經理及工區項目各領導、前輩、同事的關心、指導與支持！相信我一定在西成這項目中不斷學習，不斷成長，從而為以后的事業奠定基礎。

　　實習期間，老師的敬業，嚴謹精神也讓我敬佩。森林公園是很大的，但老師盡他們所能的顧及我們的實訓進度。當我們有問題時，老師也會向我們詳細的解釋清楚我們的疑問。有時老師還會像我演示如何操作儀器，讓我們更清楚地了解儀器的操作過程。

　　我覺得這兩周的測量實習對我自己來說是非常有意義，非常實在的。他給我的大學生活增添了精彩的一筆。它也讓我逐步走進了建筑這個行業。讓我增長了更多的專業知識，讓我認識到自己的長處與不足之處。

　　我知道，當我們就業的時候，就業單位里的同事或著是前輩不會像老師現在這般點點滴滴細致入微的把要做的'是告訴我們，讓我們可以在旁觀察與學習。所以我覺得我們在大學中學習，學得不應該僅僅是學習課本上的知識，而應該學會如何學習。

　　大學生活是短暫的，我們應該在不斷地探索中認識自己、學會學習、感悟生活，也許在未來我們會對社會產生一定的迷茫，但我們可以在不斷自我提問、思考、閱讀及與其它人的討論中，我想困惑也許就會在不知不覺間慢慢消失。就如同這次的實習，我也是在不斷的實踐中完成了這次的實習。所以對于那些只希望得到答案、結果的人，是永遠不會明白對于探索問題真理的人的樂趣! 總而言之，我對于這兩周的實習，我對自己還是比較滿意的，同樣也希望老師對我的表現滿意。
