為了促進(jìn)高中英語課改在我市的順利實(shí)施,去年暑假期間我們?cè)卩嵵?1中、12中、16中和外語學(xué)校對(duì)我市新高一、新高二的英語教師分別進(jìn)行了新課程培訓(xùn)。
新高一教師的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容有:新課程通識(shí)、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、人教版高中英語教材教師培訓(xùn)手冊(cè),以及必修模塊1--5的編寫說明、使用和教學(xué)策略等。新高二的跟進(jìn)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容有:順序選修課程的開設(shè)、任意選修課程的開設(shè)、人教版新課程教學(xué)資源等。集中學(xué)習(xí)之后,教師進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí),然后全市統(tǒng)一組織了新課程培訓(xùn)結(jié)業(yè)考試。除了九位教師因故未參加考試之外,本次參加培訓(xùn)的英語教師全部考試合格。
3.舉辦協(xié)作區(qū)主題教研活動(dòng)
上學(xué)期的主題教研活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)是主題鮮明,初高中九個(gè)協(xié)作區(qū)全都圍繞著課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀工作開展。

上學(xué)期舉行了兩次高考復(fù)習(xí)備考研討會(huì)。第一次是9月在鄭州4中舉行,對(duì)年高考英語試題進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)學(xué)生第二卷出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行了點(diǎn)評(píng),新鄭一中分校的常建鋒老師就復(fù)習(xí)備考作了精彩的發(fā)言。
今年元月,鄭州市組織了第一次高中畢業(yè)班質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)。 集中改卷之后,在4中舉行了第二次高考復(fù)習(xí)備考研討會(huì)。會(huì)上,黃利軍老師和實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)的陳玲琴老師就第一次高中畢業(yè)班質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)的命題思路、學(xué)生答題錯(cuò)誤分析和復(fù)習(xí)備考建議做了發(fā)言。會(huì)議有助于畢業(yè)班教師感悟試題,并為下一步復(fù)習(xí)備考了思路。
5.舉行中考復(fù)習(xí)備考研討會(huì)
去年10月,我們?cè)谕鈬Z中學(xué)舉行了中考復(fù)習(xí)備考研討會(huì)。在會(huì)議上,省實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)的王千山和鄭州中學(xué)的郭曉慧兩位老師介紹了復(fù)習(xí)備考的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),陶繼紅老師分析了鄭州市九年級(jí)二檢英語試題,對(duì)學(xué)生答題錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行了點(diǎn)評(píng),并就復(fù)習(xí)備考提出了建議。
6.下校聽課調(diào)研,開展課堂觀察活動(dòng)
為了了解學(xué)校課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀的情況,深入開展校本教研,促進(jìn)英語課堂教學(xué)改革,教研室堅(jiān)持下校聽課調(diào)研。上學(xué)期, 高中到了鄭州5中、 9中、11中、12中、14中、19中、47中、回中、106、鄭州中學(xué)等校;初中到了3中、52、62、63、73、76、79、102 等學(xué)校,另外,學(xué)科還到了26、42、103、農(nóng)大附中等學(xué)校參加了教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)。
為了增強(qiáng)聽課調(diào)研的科學(xué)性,提高聽課指導(dǎo)的有效性,上學(xué)期教研室以學(xué)科為單位,開展了課堂觀察活動(dòng)。我們選擇了鄭州51中的王媛媛、鄭州4中的白書鋒兩位教師作為觀察對(duì)象,將觀察維度定為教師課堂教學(xué)中的對(duì)話視角,并選擇了提問方式、等待時(shí)間、學(xué)生回答方式和教師理答方式四個(gè)觀察點(diǎn)進(jìn)行觀察,以增強(qiáng)課堂觀察的可操作性和數(shù)據(jù)直觀性。我們集體設(shè)計(jì)了英語課堂提問觀察量表,對(duì)兩位教師我門學(xué)科四位教研員集體聽課觀察各兩次。通過這次活動(dòng)我們體會(huì)到:
首先,從觀察中我們感受到課堂觀察對(duì)教師的引領(lǐng)作用。觀察量表中觀察點(diǎn)的設(shè)置其實(shí)就是提醒教師在教學(xué)中應(yīng)該避免的問題和努力的方向,當(dāng)教師看到這些量表時(shí),她們會(huì)有意地去避免觀察點(diǎn)中那些不當(dāng)之處的發(fā)生。正如被觀察者自己所說:從來沒想過提問學(xué)生還有這么多的講究,以后我們就知道課堂提問的方向和做法了。
其次,通過兩次觀察我們明顯的感到課后交流對(duì)老師的促進(jìn)作用。通過向被觀察者展示觀察數(shù)據(jù),可以使他們更真實(shí)客觀的自己的教學(xué),發(fā)現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)中在提問環(huán)節(jié)上存在的不足,以便在以后的教學(xué)中改進(jìn)。
最后,課堂觀察作為一種科學(xué)研究的方法,對(duì)我們的課堂教學(xué)研究了可觀察、可記錄、可解釋的依據(jù),有利于教師更好的反思教學(xué)和改進(jìn)教學(xué)。被觀察的老師和所在的學(xué)校都給與高度重視,積極參與,使得觀察活動(dòng)得以順利進(jìn)行。
作為教研室開展不久的一項(xiàng)活動(dòng),我們也感到一些不足之處,主要表現(xiàn)在:
第一. 在數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)過程中,我們感到如何提高觀察數(shù)據(jù)的效度和信度是關(guān)鍵。
第二. 課堂觀察會(huì)使得觀察者將注意力都放在觀察點(diǎn)上,而沒有精力顧及其他。我們四人分工合作,每人只觀察和記錄一個(gè)點(diǎn)就已經(jīng)手忙腳亂,無暇顧及整個(gè)教學(xué)過程。課后交流也只能重點(diǎn)反饋觀察點(diǎn)的問題,因此,對(duì)教師的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)方法等方面則沒有傳統(tǒng)聽評(píng)課的方式把握得透徹。
二.本期主要工作
1、全面推進(jìn)細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作
根據(jù)《鄭州市教育局關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作的指導(dǎo)意見》,為了進(jìn)一步開展鄭州市中學(xué)英語學(xué)科的細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作,促進(jìn)課程改革目標(biāo)在中學(xué)英語課程實(shí)施中的落實(shí),在前段研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,我們提出了“中學(xué)英語學(xué)科關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)細(xì)化解續(xù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作的指導(dǎo)意見”。
1)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,明確英語新課程的性質(zhì)、總體目標(biāo)及基本理念,準(zhǔn)確把握知識(shí)與能力,過程與方法、情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀三維目標(biāo)的內(nèi)涵以及三者之間內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系,為開展細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
2)提高對(duì)開展細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作必要性的認(rèn)識(shí),明確細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作對(duì)于提高一線英語教師的課程實(shí)施水平的重要意義與作用。
當(dāng)前新課程實(shí)施中出現(xiàn)的問題主要表現(xiàn)在一線教師只是較為被動(dòng)地、機(jī)械地使用新課程,很少考慮革新課程或改進(jìn)革新的效果,對(duì)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的依賴性較強(qiáng)。因此,開展細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作,為一線教師在新課程的實(shí)施過程中了、反思、提升的平臺(tái),有利于促進(jìn)教師在課程實(shí)施過程中主動(dòng)對(duì)現(xiàn)有課程進(jìn)行調(diào)適、增刪和完善,促使課程的理念方法與實(shí)際的教育環(huán)境相結(jié)合,從而保證課程實(shí)施的有效性。
同時(shí),細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作為建立和完善標(biāo)本教研機(jī)制、為教師的同伴互助保障。細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作為一線教師了解決課堂教學(xué)存在的問題,分享彼此的專業(yè)知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn),學(xué)習(xí)新的教學(xué)技能,提高教學(xué)表達(dá)技能的有效渠道,有助于滿足教師的職業(yè)需求,促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長。
3)結(jié)合實(shí)際,制定開展細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作的實(shí)施
(1)創(chuàng)建“自主探究—合作交流”的細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作模式,確保此項(xiàng)工作有序有效開展。
教師個(gè)人研讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合教學(xué)體會(huì),自覺進(jìn)行分解課標(biāo)、重構(gòu)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的實(shí)踐,不斷反思,經(jīng)驗(yàn),牢固樹立目標(biāo)意識(shí),以促進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)效率的提高。
備課組組織教師定期集體研讀課標(biāo),交流體會(huì),形成共識(shí)。 學(xué)科組組織各備課組之間互相學(xué)習(xí)解讀方法,取長補(bǔ)短,研討細(xì)
化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的深度與廣度,把握方向,保證細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的整體性。
各協(xié)作區(qū)組織各校英語科的研討、觀摩活動(dòng),做到專項(xiàng)研究與合作研究相結(jié)合,推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn),開發(fā)多元化解讀模式,促進(jìn)中學(xué)英語學(xué)科細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作整體水平的提高。
(2)遵循制定學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的原則,確保細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作的科學(xué)性。
細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)遵循以下原則:
整體性原則,即模塊或?qū)W段教學(xué)的整體性和學(xué)習(xí)過程設(shè)計(jì)的整體性。
教師應(yīng)首先明確每學(xué)段、每一模塊整體的教學(xué)意圖,然后審視每一單元的課程內(nèi)容,最后落實(shí)到課時(shí)目標(biāo)的制定與實(shí)施。
在進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)過程的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),教師要把初、高中三年學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容作為一個(gè)整體進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使之在時(shí)序、內(nèi)容、難易程度和內(nèi)在邏輯上有一個(gè)總體的思路,課時(shí)目標(biāo)與學(xué)段、單元目標(biāo)一致,對(duì)全體學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程有一個(gè)完整的規(guī)劃,確定所有學(xué)生在三年學(xué)習(xí)后應(yīng)達(dá)到的平均水平,體現(xiàn)“面向全體學(xué)生”的教學(xué)理念。

細(xì)化解讀課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是指將每一課時(shí)的內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,轉(zhuǎn)化成在教學(xué)中可以操作和實(shí)施的表現(xiàn)性的具體目標(biāo),教師通過分解課標(biāo),構(gòu)建教學(xué)目標(biāo),細(xì)化成可操作的課堂教學(xué)實(shí)施目標(biāo)。
多樣性原則
