　　今天,我的演講是關(guān)于人才,在我opionion,人才在當(dāng)今社會(huì)是不可或缺的。眾所周知,國(guó)家間的斗爭(zhēng)實(shí)際上是人才之間的戰(zhàn)斗。

　　首先,我想定義“人才”這個(gè)詞在我的想法,才能是一個(gè)人誰(shuí)是擅長(zhǎng)或公司部分或多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。如今,隨著世界發(fā)展,如果一個(gè)國(guó)家想要排名頂部或世界上做得很好,國(guó)家必須有很多人才。例如,中國(guó),世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,在過(guò)去的120xx年里,總是被其他國(guó)家的入侵,當(dāng)時(shí)為什么,原因是中國(guó)沒(méi)有如此多的人才。如果他們anti-intrusion戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)領(lǐng)袖人才,不用說(shuō),他們會(huì)打敗那些大國(guó)。如果他們?cè)谖淦髦圃烊瞬?nodody敢惹我們。然而,如今,這是一個(gè)完全不同的情況下,中國(guó)已成為全世界powerfulin,為什么?因?yàn)橛泻芏嗳瞬欧��?wù)于國(guó)家,平民越來(lái)越有文化。越來(lái)越多的人上大學(xué),越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始接受進(jìn)一步的教育。在軍隊(duì)是什么,作為回報(bào),才能保護(hù)我們的國(guó)家免受入侵,人才在商業(yè)的幫助使我們的經(jīng)濟(jì)保持改善,人才航空讓世界看到中國(guó)載人飛船飛行。人才在運(yùn)動(dòng)使中國(guó)排名第一個(gè)在奧運(yùn)會(huì)上……

　　總之,人才將起到越來(lái)越impoetant在世界上的角色,如果一個(gè)國(guó)家想要蓬勃發(fā)展,他必須盡可能多培養(yǎng)人才,這是所有,謝謝你。

　　Today I don't know I must be happy or sad. Because happy for I'm ending the study of the north campus in GDAIB. I'm got so much of English knowledge. But I'm sad too. Because today, we'll break up together, maybe if we're has good luck at all, we'll meet again.

　　So, we must be get confidence at all, because tomorrow will be a pretty day!

　　Being graduated from college is not an end, but a beginning. We will always bear in mind the motto of our college --- Respects, diligent, and progressive.

　　first, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many talents.

　　for example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big powers.if they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke us.however, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more literated.

　　more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games......

　　to sum up, talents will play a more and more impoetant role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,that's all,thank you.
