　　這一年多來，作為班長，我學(xué)到了很多東西，尤其是在與人打交道這個(gè)方面上獲益非淺。班級(jí)的同學(xué)來自五湖四海，各自的家庭也十分不同，所以在交流上有時(shí)會(huì)存在‘理解上的偏差’。這就要求我面對(duì)不同的對(duì)象，要采取最合適的方法來溝通，了解他們。也只有了解了底下所有同學(xué)們的想法，才能恰當(dāng)?shù)拈_展班級(jí)工作——組織和管理班級(jí)。從這個(gè)角度來看，我認(rèn)為自己的表現(xiàn)是合格的。我基本上做到了和每一位同學(xué)保持友好的關(guān)系，并做出友善的姿態(tài)傾聽他們的意見。

　　但再看到好的一面的同時(shí)也不能忽視暴露出的問題。我認(rèn)為現(xiàn)在有一批同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度錯(cuò)位嚴(yán)重：平時(shí)不上課，期末天天通宵，60分萬歲。在這樣一個(gè)競爭激烈的年代，60分的成績能干什么?作為一個(gè)非長春人，要是想日后留在長春工作，生活成本是很高的，一般1~200的薪水日子可不好過的。對(duì)于這種現(xiàn)象我的認(rèn)識(shí)：這些同學(xué)還比較幼稚，沒有開化。但是說服教育的工作不能由我們班委會(huì)來做，我認(rèn)為應(yīng)該有輔導(dǎo)員您來進(jìn)行一些勸說工作，講講道理。幫助他們認(rèn)清現(xiàn)實(shí)。

　　另一個(gè)不容樂觀的問題就是：大家對(duì)學(xué)校安排的活動(dòng)抵觸情緒比較嚴(yán)重，很多時(shí)候，同學(xué)們需要經(jīng)過較長時(shí)間的說服才愿意去參加活動(dòng)。這個(gè)問題我認(rèn)為主要是兩個(gè)方面造成的：一方面，是我們班委會(huì)教育工作做的不夠好，沒有充分的提倡教育奉賢的精神。另一方面：學(xué)校在安排某些活動(dòng)時(shí)欠考慮，導(dǎo)致活動(dòng)的進(jìn)程和事前宣傳的不一致，進(jìn)而破壞了學(xué)生們各自的生活安排，產(chǎn)生抵觸情緒。這個(gè)問題我想采取的方法是：自愿優(yōu)先，分組輪流：即如果有人愿意主動(dòng)的參與到活動(dòng)中，我們鼓掌歡迎，但是如果自愿者數(shù)量不足，那采取分組輪流制：即按學(xué)號(hào)或者其他方式，輪流代表班級(jí)參加活動(dòng)。

　　以往一直從事現(xiàn)場改善工作,在任職工藝設(shè)計(jì)以來,對(duì)于從未從事的工作來講,接觸的知識(shí)范圍更為廣泛,是一個(gè)新的挑戰(zhàn),感覺責(zé)任重大,在工作中還是有很多不足之處急于改善

　　忙中生亂,對(duì)于一名設(shè)計(jì)人員來說是非常禁忌的。

　　現(xiàn)場作業(yè)了解欠缺,關(guān)鍵細(xì)節(jié)往往被忽略。

　　需要對(duì)沖模,擠塑模更深入了解,為處理異常改善作基礎(chǔ)。
