dea.遲交貨和罰金：如果賣方未能按合同規(guī)定及時(shí)交貨(除了本通用版合同5條款所言的不可抗力)，買方同意在賣方付罰金的前提下遲交貨。罰金的金額不超過遲交貨的合同貨物部分的價(jià)值的5%，罰金按每____日0.5%計(jì)算，少于____日的增加天數(shù)按____日計(jì)。如果賣方未能于合同規(guī)定的交貨期之后的十周內(nèi)發(fā)運(yùn)，買方有權(quán)取消該合同，除此之外，賣方仍要將有關(guān)罰金不加拖延地付給買方。1

甲方：
乙方：
甲方根據(jù)工作需要，委托乙方加工工裝服裝 套，每套 元，合計(jì)人民幣 元，大寫：。雙方經(jīng)平等協(xié)商，根據(jù)《合同法》的'有關(guān)規(guī)定，達(dá)成協(xié)議如下：
一、 面料由乙方提供，但須經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)；
二、 款式由甲方確認(rèn)，與乙方協(xié)商，并由乙方確定；
三、 由乙方按照甲方要求款式，先制作做9套樣本服裝， 分為大中小3個(gè)號(hào)碼，每個(gè)號(hào)碼3套，由甲方工作人員進(jìn)行試穿，試穿時(shí)間10 天。試穿過程中甲方及時(shí)將發(fā)現(xiàn)問題反饋乙方，并形成最終款式。如甲方對(duì)乙方提供樣本服裝不滿意，有權(quán)利中止合同。
四、 甲方負(fù)責(zé)提供訂做服裝的尺寸，套數(shù)。
五、 甲方需在試穿滿意后，并與乙方確認(rèn)最終款式及各 項(xiàng)具體要求后，預(yù)先支付乙方面料、加工費(fèi)全部金額的50 %，即人民幣元，大寫： 。余款須于加工服裝完成提貨后，30天內(nèi)全部付清，并由乙方提供正規(guī)發(fā)票；
六、 乙方根據(jù)服裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺碼生產(chǎn)，甲方檢查，并有權(quán)對(duì) 各種質(zhì)量問題提出要求；
七、 面料質(zhì)量及做工問題由 乙方 負(fù)責(zé)。尺碼不合適時(shí)，由乙方無償修改；
