教材分析
本模塊以western music為話題，設計了三個部分的內容。旨在通過模塊教學使學生了解西方音樂的有關知識；了解奧地利著名作曲家——約翰•施特勞斯；學會表述反意疑問句及其回答；能談論對不同類型的音樂及對于音樂的愛好和理解；談論最喜歡的音樂；練習通過閱讀找出信息的能力；能根據所給的信息寫音樂家的傳記。
通過unit 1的學習同學們已經對談論不同類型的音樂有所了解，能運用描述音樂的一些形容詞；已認識反意疑問句及其回答。
unit 2 學習關于著名音樂家約翰• 施特勞斯和莫扎特的文章，并從文章中找出細節信息；利用所給的信息寫音樂家的小傳。
學情分析
本本節課為借班上課，老師與學生之間了解不多。另外本節課的話題是談論西方音樂，學生們對此了解并不多。但已進入初二階段，學生從表達和知識儲備方面已有一定的基礎。

3.play some music and ask ss to guess the instruments
