③ as強調(diào)主句與從句表示的動作同時發(fā)生，while強調(diào)主句表示的動作延續(xù)于while所指的整個時間。試比較： she sang while she went along. 她走路時不停地唱。

④when僅指時間，無其他含義；as有“隨著”之意；while有“然而”、“趁著”之意。
