（二）數(shù)量表示法
2.單位名詞的用法
1)金錢單位： dollar($), pound(£ ), euro(�), rmb(¥)
注意：①cent, dollar，pound 有復(fù)數(shù)形式，而money, yuan沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式；②所有錢數(shù)，同時間、距離一樣，無論多少，作主語時，謂語v都用單數(shù)形式（視三單）
eg: 6000 dollars is quite a lot of money for him.
seven months is a short time for us.
2) 表示數(shù)量的名詞（量詞），謂語v視限定主語名詞的詞（量詞）而定。
eg: this pair of pants is ¥80.
two pairs of shoes are black
（三）特殊詞匯的用法
1. help的用法
help用作及物動詞，其意為“幫助”，常用于以下三種句式：
1） help to do sth. “幫助做某事”。
could you help to open the window? 你能幫忙打開窗子嗎？
2） help sb.( to) do sth. “幫助某人做某事”，(不定式符號to可省)。
he often helps me study english. / he often helps me to study english.
he often helps me with my english study.
3） help sb. with sth. 意為“幫助某人做某事”或“在……方面幫助某人”。
you can help me carry the things. / you can help me with the things.
4）習(xí)慣句式：
①could you help me, please? 你能幫助我嗎？
②help!
③may i help you? / can i help you? 我可以幫助你嗎？
help oneself (to) +名詞，意為“請隨便……”。這是招待客人的常用語，oneself有人稱和數(shù)的變化。help yourself to some chicken.
5）with the help of sb.或 with/without one's help 意為“在某人的幫助下”。（n.）
with the help of my teacher, i can pass the exam.
you will learn nothing without hard work.
i can’t pass the test without your help.

【解析】：look的用法：
① 作實義vi. “看”（不及物動詞，不能直接帶賓語。表示“看”的動作，不強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)果。強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)果“看見”see）
eg1: please look at the blackboard.
eg2: look at your books.
② 系動詞 “看（起來）” （后+adj作表語）
eg1: you look so beautiful today.
eg2: he looks very well. (he looks healthy.)
③ 固定搭配： look out of the window往窗外看
look out= take care=be careful “當(dāng)心, 注意”
look for 尋找 （find找到）
look after 照顧（某人）
look like （外貌）"看上去像, 像..., 似..., 外貌特征是..." （be like ---性格，偶爾外貌）
eg1:--what’s your sister like?
--she is kind and friendly.
eg2: --what does your sister look like?
--she is tall, with long hair. she is very beautiful.
