教學過程
㈠ 課程導入：
準備balcony, bedroom, kitchen, sitting room, bathroom.的5 張圖片。
依次出示5張圖片，然后指著一張?zhí)釂枺簑hat is it? 學生回答：it is a balcony. 接著再問：how to spell it? 在5張圖片都作過這樣的問答后，教師指著其中一張說: this is a room with a balcony. 并指著另一張問：what about it? 引導學生做出相似的回答，由此引入新課。
㈡ 授課內容：
task one: ask and answer
1 教師陳述 here are some kinds of flats. because i like cooking, i would like a flat with a bigger kitchen, but i want to know your favourite .who can tell me? 鼓勵學生能大膽地舉手表達自己的意愿，同時引導學生用正確的句型 i would like a flat with ……. 來回答該問題。 同時板書該句型。
2 出示另外幾張圖片 ask: where is it? 引導學生回答: it is near the sea / it is in the countryside / it is near the underground………教師再問: would you like to live in the countryside? 如果學生的回答是 yes, 教師一定要指導讓他們做出完整的回答: yes, i would like to live in the countryside. 如果學生的回答是 no, 則要繼續(xù)問 where would you like to live? 同時教師將這一組對話進行板書。
3.鞏固練習以上內容

形容詞的比較級和最高級
絕大多數形容詞有三種形式：原級，比較級和最高級，以表示形容詞說明的性質在程度上的不同。
1. 形容詞的原級：
e.g.：
poor tall great glad bad
2. 形容詞的比較級和最高級
形容詞的比較級和最高級形式是在形容詞的原級形式的基礎上變化的。分為規(guī)則變化和不規(guī)則變化。
規(guī)則變化如下：
1 ) 單音節(jié)形容詞的比較級和最高級形式是在詞尾加 -er 和 -est 構成。
great (原級) greater (比較級) the greatest (最高級)
2) 以 -e 結尾的單音節(jié)形容詞的比較級和最高級是在詞尾加 -r 和 -st 構成。
wide (原級) wider(比較級) the widest(最高級)
3) 少數以-er結尾的雙音節(jié)形容詞的比較級和最高級是在詞尾加-er 和-est 構成。
clever(原級) cleverer (比較級) the cleverest (最高級)
4) 以 -y 結尾,但 -y 前是輔音字母的形容詞的比較級和最高級是把 -y 去掉,加上 -ier 和-iest 構成.
happy (原形) happier (比較級) the happiest (最高級)
5) 以一個輔音字母結尾且其前面的元音字母發(fā)短元音的形容詞的比較級和最高級是雙寫該輔音字母然后再加-er和-est。
big (原級) bigger (比較級) the biggest (最高級)
6) 雙音節(jié)和多音節(jié)形容詞的比較級和最高級需用more 和 most 加在形容詞前面來構成。
beautiful (原級) more beautiful (比較級) the most beautiful (最高級)
difficult (原級 ) more difficult (比較級) the most difficult (最高級)

3. 形容詞比較級的用法：
形容詞的比較級用于兩個人或事物的比較,其結構形式如下：
主語+謂語(系動詞)+ 形容詞比較級+tha n+ 對比成分。
e.g.：
our teacher is taller than we are. 我們老師的個子比我們的高。
it is warmer today than it was yesterday. 今天的天氣比昨天暖和。
this picture is more beautiful than that one. 這張照片比那張照片漂亮。
this meeting is more important than that one. 這次會議比那次會議重要。
the sun is much bigger than the moon. 太陽比月亮大得多。
4. 形容詞最高級的用法：
形容詞最高級用于兩個以上的人或物的比較，其結構形式為：
主語+謂語(系動詞)+the+形容詞最高級+名詞（+表示范圍的短語或從句）。
she is the best student in her class. 她是班上最好的學生。
shanghai is one of the biggest cities in china. 上海是中國最大的城市之一。
their classroom is the cleanest.
注意：much的用法
可說：much bigger （加強語氣）更加大，大得多
不可說：more bigger
