姜餅男孩
姜餅男孩在前面,依次跟著老奶奶、驢、花奶牛從舞臺的另一端跑上場。
goose: i am hungry. i want to eat the gingerboy. stop! stop, gingerboy!(花奶牛跟在花奶牛的后面一起追逐姜餅男孩。)
gingerboy: run! run! catch me if you can! catch me if you can!
放兒歌第二段伴奏,所有人齊唱。
all:(sing)he said catch me if you can,
if you can, oh, if you can.
he said catch me if you can.
then ran and ran and ran.
所有人跑步退場,音樂停止。
scene 5 場景:鄉村田野
放流水聲,姜餅男孩一個人跑上臺。
narrator: grandma, donkey, cow and goose ran after the gingerboy. they ran and ran but couldn’t catch him. soon later, he came to a river.
gingerboy: oh, no! how can i cross the river? they will catch me! (姜餅男孩開始哭泣。)
狐貍從另一端上場。站在離姜餅男孩遠一點的地方自言自語。
fox: i am hungry! i want to eat the gingerboy.
狐貍走到姜餅男孩的身邊。
fox: i can help you to cross the river. come on!
gingerboy: really? thank you very much!
姜餅男孩跳到狐貍的背上,狐貍背著姜餅男孩。放兒歌第三段伴奏,狐貍唱。兩人在舞臺上繞圈游泳。
fox: (sing) i can ran like the gingerboy,
the gingerboy, the gingerboy.
i can ran like the gingerboy,
(gingerboy :)揘ow, catch me if you can!?
gingerboy:no one can catch me! i am the gingerboy! (洋洋得意地大笑)
音樂停。狐貍放下姜餅男孩,并轉身嚇唬姜餅男孩。
fox: ha-ha! i will eat you, gingerboy!
gingerboy: oh, no! don’t eat me! don’t eat me! ah?
狐貍背向觀眾把姜餅男孩吃掉。姜餅男孩悄悄退場。狐貍轉身面對觀眾。
fox: yummy! yummy! i like it! (sing) i can run like the gingerboy?
狐貍舔著嘴唇,摸著自己的肚子大搖大擺地慢慢退場。
narrator: and nobody ever saw gingerboy again...

注:此劇本在原著的基礎上進行了適當的改編,更適合我們的幼兒進行表演。教師們在排練過程中可就各班情況再進行適當改動。旁白起著承上啟下的作用,而且臺詞略為復雜,建議由教師承擔。本劇本中大部分情節需要演員在臺上跑動,為保持幼兒的體力和保證視覺效果,請教師引導幼兒以夸張的慢動作在臺上繞圈跑動,切勿在舞臺上進行劇烈運動。為了保證讓更多的幼兒上場表演,教師可以讓其他幼兒在舞臺上表演樹、石頭、山、等作為背景,同時在適當的時候幫臺上的演員唱兒歌。
