②your book is on the teacher’s desk. 這里的desk指兩個人都知道的那個桌子。
（2）between…and…意思是“在……和……中間”，如：i sit between lily and lucy.我坐在莉莉和露茜之間。
i can come here between seven and eight. 我七點鐘和八點鐘之間能來。
注意：between后面接人稱代詞時，應用賓格。如：
the woman between her and me is our english teacher. 在我和她之間的女士是我們的英語老師。

三、考點工具箱
1.介詞in，on，behind和under
（1）in：“在……中”、“在……里面”，通常表示某一空間里。如：
in china在中國??      in macao在澳門
in the box在盒子里
此外，in還可用于表示時間、表示用什么語言或者表示衣著。如：
in 在XX年
in the morning/afternoon在上午/下午
in english 用英語　  in the hat戴著帽子的
（2）on：“在……上面”，有接觸面。如：
on the desk 在桌子上　　on the wall 在墻上　　on the blackboard 在黑板上
此外，on還可指具體時間，也可與名詞一起構成介詞短語。如：
on monday 星期一　　on duty 值日，值班
（3）behind：“在……后面”。如：
behind the door 在門后　　behind the desk 在書桌后
（4）under：“在……下面”。如：
under the tree 在樹下　　under the bed 在床下
注意：以上所列出的表示位置的介詞短語都可用來回答以where引導的特殊疑問句。如：
①where is the ball? 那球在哪兒？
it’s under the chair. 在那張椅子下。
②where are the maps? 那些地圖在哪里？
they are on the wall. 它們在墻上。
2.table和desk
（1）table：“桌子”。一般指沒有抽屜，供吃飯、游戲、工作等用。如：
please clean the table after dinner. 飯后請收拾桌子。
（2）desk：“書桌”、“寫字臺”。指供讀書、寫字、辦公用的桌子。一般都有抽屜。如：
there are five desks in the teacher’s office. 老師的辦公室里有5張辦公桌。
3.on the wall和in the wall的用法區別
（1）on the wall在墻體表面上，如：
there is a map on the wall. 在墻上有張地圖。
（2）in the wall是指在墻體內，如：
there is a door in the wall. 在墻上有個門。
4.on the bed和in bed
表示物品在床上要用介詞on，bed前要用冠詞，或其他限定詞，特指在那張床上。若表示人躺在床上要用介詞in，而且bed前無任何限定詞。如：
①his grandpa is in bed. 他的爺爺躺在床上。
②my bag is on my bed. 我的包在我的床上。
5.bring和take
（1）bring意思為“帶來、帶到、帶給”，表示“把……從別的地方帶過來”。如：
bring me the book, please. 請把書給我帶來。
could you bring me that coat? 請你把我的那件外套帶來，好嗎？
（2）take意思為“拿走、帶走”，表示“把……從此處拿、帶到其他地方去。”bring和take互為反義詞，兩者方位相反，如：
would you please take the desk to the classroom? 請你把這個桌子搬到教室去好嗎？
you mustn’t take this book out of the reading-room. 你不可以把這本書帶出閱覽室。

1.冠詞的使用
冠詞是放在名詞前的一個虛詞，本身無獨立意義。
