module 4 the natural elements
unit 1 electricity today
主要內容：
（注：所有單詞可參照目錄中的vocabu lary及后面的 word list.）
i.常用詞組：

i i.有用句型：

2.televisions make our lives more enjoyable.

iii .語言難點：
1.computers are used to give information to the train drivers. 本單元中出現了幾處被動語態，盡可能當作固定詞組來記憶，如 be used to do sth, 也可與used to do 及be used to doing 作比較。
2.electric 與electrical 較易混淆，可通過記些固定搭配讓學生掌握。
iv. 拓展詞匯：
fright…frighten…frightening…frightened…electricity…electrical…electric…
v. 教學建議：
1.掌握tommy target所列內容。
2.教育學生正確使用電器 及注意安全用電。
3.可以結合后面的project 一起學習，盡可能多采用直觀的方法。
unit 2 the wind is blowing
主要內容：

i.常用詞組：

ii.有用句型：

iii .語言 難點：
1.名詞性物主代詞的使用與形容詞性物主代詞作比較。
2.注意同級比較中原級的使用。
iv.拓展詞匯：
patient…impatient…colour…colourful…beauty…beautiful…strong…strength…
v. 教學建議：
1.掌握tommy target所列內容。
2.教育學生要從風和太陽的競賽中得出啟示。
3.要求學生準備材料自己動手制作風箏，有條件的還可放風箏，當然要求他們操練鞏固所學到的語言。
unit 3 water festival
