考點1  turn on the blender.打開攪拌機

turn（1）作動詞，意為"轉(zhuǎn)動，翻轉(zhuǎn)，使彎曲，轉(zhuǎn)變"。

      wheels can turn.輪子可以轉(zhuǎn)動。

   （2）作名詞，意為"轉(zhuǎn)動，變動，機會，（一）圈，（一）陣，輪流"。

      give the knob a few turns.把那個把手轉(zhuǎn)幾下。

拓展：與turn相關的短語

  turn on 打開（電器等）    turn off關上（電器等）     turn up音量調(diào)大，調(diào)高

  turn down 把音量調(diào)小，調(diào)低     turn out關，熄滅（燈、煤氣），生產(chǎn)，結(jié)果是，證明是

  turn in 上交              turn into 使成為，翻譯成    turn to 轉(zhuǎn)向

  turn against反對          turn over翻轉(zhuǎn)

  eg. each student has to turn in a composition once a week.每個學生每周必須交一篇作文。

     ice can turn into water.冰能變成水。

     he turned over in bed.他在床上翻了個身。

注意：在"動詞+副詞"短語中，若賓語是代詞時只能放在動詞和副詞中間；若賓語為名詞，則既可以放在中間也可以放在副詞的后面。

比較：open意為"打開，開放"，指打開門、窗、盒、書、抽屜等，反義詞為close。

  will you please open the window?請你把窗戶打開好嗎？

open還可作形容詞，意為"開著的，敞開的"。
