step 1: revision
1、 show some adjective words on the ppt and ask them to read and get the meaning of them.
2、 fill in the blanks.

step 2: presentation
1、brain-storm. ask them to make a list of description words in groups.
2、get them to know the use of these words.
3、divide these description into two parts on the blackboard.\
4、then finish activity “1b”. divide the words in “1a” into these two parts.
5、read these words and make sentences with them.
step 3: listening
1、read the four questions in “1c”and get the meanings.
2、listen to the tape and answer the four questions.
3、listen again, and use some description words to fill in the blanks in activity “1d”.
4、listen and repeat.
step 4: practicing (1e)
1、 first, ask ss to read this conversation and then role-play it in pairs.
2、 then, with some key words, let the ss ask and answer questions about lisa’s vacation with “she”.
