教材分析:
本課是第四單元的第四課時，課型為聽說課。在reading a/b的閱讀課中，學生初步了解educational exchanges的情況。listening a 內容為trip to the uk, listening b 內容是a guangzhou student in an australian school, 兩篇聽力材料在內容方面聯系不夠緊密。本單元speaking b描述的是carol作為 exchange student 剛剛從london回來，對同學講述自己在london的經歷，通過對課文進行整合，把listening a與speaking b 合二為一。listening a 通過聽錄音填information card，能夠聽取關鍵信息點（如flight number, phone number, address）；speaking b為carol與wang yan 的對話，通過聽錄音填空形式獲得聽取必要細節信息的能力。本課時側重聽取信息的技能培養同時兼顧說的訓練。
教學目標：

2）培養學生探究學習、合作學習、自主學習的能力。
3.情感與態度：了解國外的文化習俗，能夠正確看待國內外的文化差異，培養跨文化的交際意識和能力。
教學重點：如何獲取聽力材料中的精確內容，捕捉并快速記錄所缺詞匯。
教學難點：在聽力理解的基礎上，如何對所聽內容進行輸出以及拓展。
