(一)提建議的幾種句形。
1. shall we/i +動詞原形+其他
意為“我/我們做好……嗎?”語氣委婉,商量的語氣較濃。
e.g. shall we go for a walk?
shall we meet at 7:00 in the morning at the gate?
2. let’s+動詞原形+其他
該句型表示征求對方意見或看法,常用于當面向某人提出建議。
e.g. let’s go and see them.
let’s go home together.
3. what about…/how about…?
what/how about +名詞/代詞/動詞ing形式
e.g. how about going swimming?
i’d like to drink a cup of coffee. what about you?
4. why not +動詞原形+其他
why not后跟不帶to的動詞不定式,表示向對方提出一種建議或詢問某種原因。暗含不同意對方且略有責備對方之意。常理解為一個省略句,其完整句式為:why don’t you/we +do sth.
e.g. why not come a little earlier?= why don’t you come a little earlier?
why not go and ask our teacher? =why don’t we go and ask our teacher?
5. 答語:
若是別人向你提出建議,肯定回答可用:
ok! certainly./ good idea./ of course.
yes, please./ yes, i think so.

否定回答可用:
no, i don’t think so.
i’m afraid not.
