skills building 2: asking questions
1. there are many types of questions you can ask. they are as follows:

could you please tell me if/whether…?

2. read the guidelines on page 44. make some sentences by using the correct question words.

skills building 3: writing a letter of apology
in this pa rt, you will read about how to write a letter of apology to explain misunderstandings.
