【教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析】the story of rain是pep primary english book 7 unit 6的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。第六單元是一個閱讀單元，重點學(xué)習(xí)水循環(huán)的表達(dá)，涉及到的內(nèi)容比較抽象，要求學(xué)生能用英語表達(dá)自然現(xiàn)象，是英語與自然學(xué)科的滲透整合。在此之前學(xué)生還沒有學(xué)過用英語表達(dá)自然現(xiàn)象，但學(xué)生在自然學(xué)科中已了解過水循環(huán)的形成也通過語文課的學(xué)習(xí)了解了水循環(huán)的相關(guān)過程。因此，教師把這個教學(xué)內(nèi)容分解在兩個課時里進(jìn)行教學(xué)。第一課時，主要是通過幾個擬人的故事，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會如何用英語來介紹水的循環(huán)過程。在第二課時，主要是通過拓展閱讀，讓學(xué)生了解水的重要性，以及現(xiàn)在本人還增加了拓展閱讀if there’s no water what will happen?對學(xué)生進(jìn)行保護(hù)水資源的思想教育。
【設(shè)計理念】
依據(jù)《國家英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出的設(shè)計任務(wù)型活動，讓學(xué)生積極參與，在體驗中學(xué)會英語的精神，根據(jù)學(xué)生年齡特征、知識水平與教材編排情況，本人設(shè)定的核心任務(wù)是學(xué)生通過故事、試驗等活動，在參與體驗活動的過程中學(xué)會用句型where does the rain come from? it comes from the clouds.并能用英語表達(dá)水循環(huán)的自然現(xiàn)象。
【教學(xué)過程】
pre-task: warm-up and brainstorm
1.let’s sing. “l(fā)ittle water drop”
2.free talk:
(1)where does the french fries come from?
(2) where does the paper come from?
(3) where does the bread come from?
(4) where does the frog come from?
3.free talk. “where does the water come from?”
課開始以歌激趣，創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松愉快的氛圍。然后從學(xué)生比較熟悉的生活現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)入，有助于學(xué)生理解where does the … come from?。同時也可以引發(fā)學(xué)生進(jìn)行頭腦風(fēng)暴式的思考和討論。在此基礎(chǔ)上，展示本節(jié)課的主要任務(wù):where does the water come from?。 學(xué)生充分運用自己在自然科學(xué)課中學(xué)到的知識回答出一些關(guān)于水循環(huán)的自然現(xiàn)象，但不夠全面和系統(tǒng)。此時，教師不作歸納總結(jié)，而是提出本課時的任務(wù)——用英語系統(tǒng)地表達(dá)水循環(huán)的自然現(xiàn)象，讓學(xué)生帶著任務(wù)進(jìn)行接下來的課堂活動。
