教材簡析：
本單元是book 3b的總復習單元，側重歸納了第七單元至第十一單元所涉及的語言項目。通過復習，鞏固已學過的英語字母、單詞及日常交際用語。教師可根據學生學習的實際情況，在字母、詞匯和會話三個方面有針對性地復習，把所學的知識有機地聯(lián)系起來，提高操練密度，加快操練節(jié)奏，增大操練容量，以提高復習課的效率，提高學生綜合運用英語的能力。
通過第七單元至第十一單元的教學，要求學生能聽、說、讀、寫字母ll-zz,字母教學至此全部結束，教師在復習過程中，應向學生強調掌握二十六個英語字母的重要性，要求學生能按字母順序熟練背誦、默寫字母，教師應盡可能采用多種教學手段，激發(fā)學生學習字母的興趣，幫助學生扎扎實實地掌握二十六個字母。
第七單元至第十一單元中的單詞分為六類：居室、食品、衣服、球類、樂器和運動項目，復習過程中，可以將新舊單詞相互滾動操練，并有所側重，以鞏固學生對所學單詞的掌握。

能按字母的順序背誦aa –zz ,并能熟練地聽、說、讀寫字母aa—zz.
通過復習，能使學生比較熟練地聽、說已學過的單詞。
通過本單元的復習操練，要求學生綜合運用所學的日常交際用語。
