1. injure vt. 受傷，傷害，損害

在車禍中傷了一只手臂injure an arm in a car accident

n. injury 傷害, 損傷

區(qū)別wound, harm, hurt, injure：

1)        wound常指在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、暴力或?yàn)?zāi)害中受傷，也可指精神上的創(chuàng)傷。其名次仍為wound，指戰(zhàn)斗中刀或槍的創(chuàng)傷、傷口。

2)        harm 常用于口語，一般只作及物動(dòng)詞，表示“對(duì)……有害，損害”。其名詞也為harm，只能用作不可數(shù)名詞，意為“傷害，損害”。

3)        hurt為一般用語，既可指肉體上的，也可指精神上的，還可指事故中的受傷。其名詞也為hurt，尤指精神上或感情上的傷害、肉體上的傷害。

4)        injure主要指在事故中受傷，其名詞為injury，可指平時(shí)的大小創(chuàng)傷或傷害，還可指事故中的傷害。

用wound, harm, hurt, injure的正確形式填空：

1)        she felt hurt at your words.

2. struggle vi. & n. 努力，奮斗，掙扎

區(qū)別fight, stuggle, war, battle：

1)        fight“戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，打架”，指“戰(zhàn)斗、打架的動(dòng)作”。

2)        stuggle指較長(zhǎng)時(shí)期的、激烈的斗爭(zhēng)，往往指肉體上、精神上的斗爭(zhēng)。

3)        war“戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)”，指全面戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，包含多次。

4)        battle“戰(zhàn)役”，指大的、連續(xù)數(shù)小時(shí)或數(shù)天的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。

用fight, stuggle, war, battle的正確形式或適當(dāng)?shù)慕樵~填空：
