s:in the first sentence,“who-clause”is used as the subject.“that—clause”in the second sentence is an object clause while in the last sentence“that-clause”is a predicative clause.

t:very good.in the object clause“that”is optional and can be omitted.but in the predicative and subject clauses,“that”is necessary and can not be omitted.you must rememberthat.are you clear?
