一.教學設計
1.教材的分析和處理
本課是牛津深圳版英語七年級上冊第一章的聽說課。主要復習wh-questions,并讓學生掌握有關人物的外貌描寫的句型。如:my …’s name is…; his/her favorite hobby is…; he/she is …years old, …centimeters high. he/she has short/long/big/small black/…h(huán)air/eyes. he/she lives in…etc.
考慮到初一學生還處于小學與初中英語的銜接階段,所以本節(jié)課的教學設計主要以趣味與簡單易學的英語句型為主。目的是讓學生在趣味與快樂中領會英語,在愉快的氣氛中自然而然地掌握英文知識。我通過猜謎語與小組競賽的方式,激發(fā)了學生學習英語的興趣,整節(jié)課環(huán)節(jié)過渡自然,氣氛輕松活躍,學生們在四十五分鐘之內展開積極的思維,表現(xiàn)積極,最終在愉快中學到了知識,提高了知識水平.
2. 教學重難點:
1)復習wh-questions.
2)通過訓練學生的聽力技巧--學生能從聽力中抓住描述人物的信息;寫作——學生能把聽到的信息正確地填入表格,培養(yǎng)學生的聽力能力和善于捕捉信息的能力。
3)學生能用不同的句型來介紹個人信息,如:my …’s name is…; his/her favorite hobby is…; he/she is …years old, …centimeters high. he/she has short/long/big/small black/…h(huán)air/eyes. he/she lives in…etc.
3.教法和學法
本課我開展倆倆對話、引入競爭機制,及任務型教學途徑,倡導小組合作學習。為了更好地調動學生學習的積極性,我開展了“誰是我們最好的朋友?”的競賽方式,讓學生分組搶答,并在課上用英語討論,從而能調動一些學習偏差,但眼力好的學生積極開口說英語,也能給他們表現(xiàn)自我的機會。
二.教學目標
教學目標確立依據(jù):根據(jù)英語課程標準,面向全體學生,培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新運用能力,及各學科滲透,共同發(fā)展,引導學生能夠學習運用語言知識。
1.知識目標
1)復習wh-questions.

全班齊唱英文歌,營造良好學習氣氛。
step2 新課導入
使用本學期新來的外國教師maggie的圖片導入,展示cai,引導學生用wh-questions去進一步了解她的個人資料。

利用猜謎語的游戲,引導學生根據(jù)提供的信息猜出班上學生的名字。并引導他們用前面導入環(huán)節(jié)所出現(xiàn)的問句進行提問。此環(huán)節(jié)可說是本節(jié)課的高潮部分,調動了全班高漲的學習氣氛,同時也為本節(jié)課的學習內容作了很好的鞏固。

通過班上五名任課老師的照片的呈現(xiàn),引導學生描述他們最喜愛的老師的容貌與個人信息,從學生身邊熟悉并感興趣的人物入手,激發(fā)起他們把所學知識運用于實際的興趣,鞏固知識點并靈活運用知識,給學生創(chuàng)造、思考空間,展示學生對語言的組織能力,最大限度的發(fā)揮小組智慧的優(yōu)勢,幫助學生認知并發(fā)展?jié)撃埽ぐl(fā)學生的內在動機。

四、課后反思
本節(jié)課我通過同學們感興趣的外國教師的個人信息入手,通過一個個情景的設置,引導學生有目的地朝向教學目標前進。讓學生能在情境中邊學邊做,邊做邊學。并通過學案的方式呈現(xiàn),讓學生更清楚他們這節(jié)課的學習內容與學習目標。一節(jié)課下來,班上的同學們輕松又愉快地接受了新知識,提高了聽力與口語表達能力。本節(jié)課最具特色的一部分是“猜班上同學名字”的這一環(huán)節(jié),在學生中掀起了一陣高潮,并通過游戲自然地鞏固了wh-questions和對外貌描述的句型。達到了使學生在持續(xù)的興趣中學得知識的目的。整節(jié)課氣氛輕松愉快。從學生們的眼中可以感受到學習的樂趣。當然,每一節(jié)課中都有其遺憾的地方,本節(jié)課設計中的遺憾之處是:學生在最后一個環(huán)節(jié)“對我最喜愛的老師”的描述中,由于缺乏對老師個人信息的搜集,導致語句有些無法延伸開來。所以這一環(huán)節(jié)布置為作業(yè),讓同學們課后自行去詢問老師們的信息,讓他們學會在獨立中完成任務。
本人通過對每一節(jié)課的設計,實際演練與時刻的反思,體會到了教學的快樂。執(zhí)著相信:要時刻保持一雙善于發(fā)現(xiàn)美的眼睛,清醒的頭腦,飽滿的熱情,愉快的心境,還有熱愛學生的心靈,并且永遠相信快樂教學的法則,只有讓學生在快樂中學習,快樂中運用,才能讓他們學到最鞏固,記憶最長久的知識。而在快樂的教學中,快樂的學生也會鼓勵快樂的教師充分發(fā)揮教育機智,更進一步地促進其教學,達到教學相長,在學與教的過程中師生其樂融融,手牽手走出一條幸福又踏實的教學康莊大道。
