in 1979, the first hobby show was held. this year, the hobby show was held at the international centre in toronto. it was the largest hobby and craft（藝術(shù)） exhibition(展覽) in canada. it had many new and exciting things about hobbies and crafts.
this year's hobby show became even bigger. there were more than 200 different hobbies and crafts from all over the world, such as sewing（刺繡）, drawing, model rockets, ga rdening, stamps, paper cut, pottery（陶瓷）and so on. it brought together manufacturers（廠商）, distributors（發(fā)行人） and retailers（零售商） and also attracted（吸引） over 25,000 visitors from around the world. it was a chance for you to get together with people who liked the same things as you, talk about your ideas, and learn more about hobbies and crafts at the hobby show. if you wanted to look for a new hobby, you could choos e one and learn how to get started. if you were already an enthusiast（狂熱者）, you could go and got some new ideas for your hobby.
