6)聽力訓練 (5’)
告訴學生:we have got to canada. but where is danny? he is in the shop to buy something for his hobby. here is a listening text, let’s listen and find out something about him. 并設置聽力問題如下:
1、where does danny go shopping for his hobby?
2、what would danny like to buy?
3、what does he want to do with the photo frame?
4、what is danny's hobby?
[ 設計說明 ] 無論是為了應試還是為了交際,聽力訓練在英語學習中起著至關重要的作用。而把本課課文設置為聽力材料,并充分利用活動手冊,把練習一加以挑選作為聽力的練習題,既處理了教材又練習了聽力,一舉兩得。
7)課文研讀 (4’)
核實答案后告訴學生:danny has told us we need the special tickets to the hobby show. that’s making the same dialogue as the text with da nny. so let’s practice the text fluently. please read aloud and find the quest ions you can’t understand.
[ 設計說明 ] 朗讀在英語學習同樣起著重要作用。可以促進聽說寫。鑒于學生對課下課文朗讀的作業大打折扣的現實,利用課上時間讓學生跟讀、朗讀,點滴積累,事半功倍。
8)新課釋疑 (4’)
教師:who has questions? let’s discuss.
教師對學生所提出問題的處理方式為:學生解答,教師適時點撥、總結。
[ 設計說明 ] 這是對于教材處理必不可少的環節。通過釋疑,掃清學生學習的障礙。并且學生提問學生答的方式,既照顧了差生又給優生鞏固知識及探究的機會。
9)調查探究(project) (6’)
告訴學生:i think everyone has got the ticket. look, there are many hobbies here. can you introduce them to us? and danny told us we needed to make a list of our hobbies to give the organizer. so let’s make a survey.
學生選擇,或采訪或介紹。出示相關信息,給予幫助。
[ 設計說明 ] 本環節既是對教材中project的處理,也是從交際的角度為學生提供了空間。
10)交流分享 (6’)
教師:good survey. now who wants to show your survey to danny or tell him about your hobby.
根據采訪和談論結果,抽取部分同學把采訪內容向全班同學作以匯報。
[ 設計說明 ] 是對上一環節的總結,也是對學生學習能力的展示。
11)作業布置 (1’)
教師:good work. but what a pity! it’s time to leave. danny is interested in your hobbies. so he told you to write letters about your hobbies to him. and today’s homework is to finish the letter.
[ 設計說明 ] 激烈討論后,學生會想表述自己的愛好。于是我所布置的作業是給danny寫一封關于“my hobby”的信。之所以把作業的布置置于本處,是為了保持課堂教學情景的完整性。
