①表示“頻率”：always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never, once, twice, three times a week, every day
②有關“健康”：junk food, health, unhealthy, habit
2. 句型：談論某項活動或行為的頻率

（1） hardly “幾乎不”，是個否定副詞，表示否定意義，通常位于實意動詞之前，系動詞、助動詞、情態動詞之后。例如：
