這是打電話常用語。表達“我是……”。一般不說“i am...”，而說：this is…或者it is…
友情提示：（1）“你是誰?”可表達為：who’s that（speaking）?
（2）“您是……嗎?”可表達為：is that…（speaking）?
22. what can i do for you…? 我能為您做點什么……?
相似的表達法：
can i help you?我能幫你的忙嗎?
can i do anything for you?我能為你做點什么?
23. would you please help me?的意思是“請問你能幫助我嗎?”，它是will you help me，please?的另一種變化形式，兩者的區別是前者比后者在語氣上更加顯得委婉，客氣。它們常被用來向對方提出一個請求。如：
would you open the door? 你打開窗戶好嗎?
will you take the book out? 你能把書帶出去嗎?
would you come at three this afternoon? 你今天下午3點鐘能來嗎?
will you pass me the pen? 你能把鋼筆遞給我嗎?
