該句是一個否定疑問句。否定疑問句的用法：1. 表示感嘆，相當于陳述句，但語氣更強烈，感情更豐富。aren’t the flowers beautiful!
2. 也可表示詢問，意為“難道不……?”答語在形式上與一般疑問句的答語一樣，肯定回答用yes,否定回答用no. 但翻譯時， yes 要譯成”不”, no要譯成“是的”——can’t you speak english?難道你不會說英語？
       ——yes, i can./no, i can’t不，我會。/是的，我不會。
