教材分析 本模塊為本學期的第一課，教師要充分利用這一模塊的內容，培養學生學習的計劃性和策略性，從而有效的指導學生學習。
教學目標 1.語言知識目標
(1)詞匯 圍繞本單元話題，學會準確地讀出和使用improve, conversation, breath, basic, language, shy, remember, enjoy yourself, all the time等詞語。
(2)語法 鞏固已學過的向別人提建議的表達方式和相應答語， 能夠使用what do you think? what should i do? how about…?進行表達和交流。
知識與能力 能夠讀懂介紹建議的文章，并且能夠用書信的方式提出學習建議。
過程與方法 通過小組合作的方式，提高學生快速掌握文章脈絡并且迅速獲取有效信息的閱讀能力；具有注重培養并逐步形成策略性學習的意識；鞏固已學過的向他人提建議的英語表達方式及其答語， 使學生會運用該結構進行表達與交流。
情感、態度
與價值觀 通過學習提出建議，掌握與他人交流時語言的得體性， 培養學生恰當的向他人提建議的方式，對他人的建議要表示感謝。

lead in 本活動的目的在于激活話題，為課文閱讀提供引子，導入課文，通過題目談論并預測文章內容。激發學生學習興趣，調動學習積極性。 t: what’s your favourite subject at school?

2. pre-reading 鍛煉學生聽力，并以此讓學生能夠初步了解文章大概內容，進一步熟悉本單元話題。 活動：listening

設計意圖：逐一閱讀并分析文中提及的三個英語學習的具體問題，利用閱讀材料培養學生的細節閱讀理解能力及大意理解能力。培養學生英語學習的策略性，鍛煉學生英語表 達能力。 activity1：first reading
