Unit 3　A healthy life

單元要覽本單元的中心話題是“健康生活”。語言知識的選擇和聽說讀寫等語言技能的訓練主要圍繞如何摒棄惡習、怎樣成為健康人展開，其中涉及許多社會熱點問題，如抽煙、吸毒、艾滋病、學習與工作壓力等影響健康的棘手問題。本單元的目的在于讓學生遠離有害身體健康的活動，并養成良好的習慣。本單元的主要教學內容如下表所示：
