（1）此句為復合句。it為形式賓語，代表that引導的賓語從句。
（2）rely on/upon信賴，依賴 eg: he can always be relied upon or help. 他的幫助是永遠可依賴的。

（3）make…clear 表明，講清楚 eg:
have i made myself clear? 我講清楚了嗎？
they wanted to make it clear that they did an important and necessary job. 他們想說明他們做著一項重要且必要的工作。
