【點撥】have a great time doing sth很高興去做某事;

we wanted to promote awareness of hunger because every day children are dying of starvation.我們想進一步了解饑餓, 因為每天都有兒童掙扎在饑餓的死亡線上.
【點撥】句中瞬間動詞die用于進行時態表示快要,馬上;有時表示反復或漸漸變化的過程.
e.g. the tigers are hunted everywhere and are dying out soon.老虎到處被獵殺,快要滅絕了.
e.g. the little boy was jumping with joy at his present. 小男孩看到禮物高興得跳了又跳.
e.g. it was becoming dark. 天漸漸暗了下來.

【點撥】awareness的形容詞是aware 常用be aware of /that 了解、知道某事
e.g. i’m well aware of the job. 我了解這個工作。
e.g. she became aware that something is burning. 她意識到起火了。
coming to another country to study requires a big adjustment and it takes a while to fit in.
