(1) it doesn't matter whether 是否……并沒有關(guān)系
例：it doesn’t matter whether it is fine or not.

例：it makes no difference whether you go today or tomorrow.
你是今天去還是明天去沒多大區(qū)別。
(3) it is not made clear whether 是否……還不清楚
例：it is not made clear whether lily will pass the exam.
還不清楚lily是否會通過那場考試。
